If I would have known summer camp is just 2 college/high school student watching bunch a kids running around and playing on the structures at the park, I would go to a day care with AC, indoor bathroom and snacks. Why even sent a placement email asking parents about their children grade level if the instructors aren't capable of accommodating different grade levels. I was clear about my 3rd grader can do 4th and 5th grade math. Instead of learning anything useful, they were teaching kids if you have 2 apples, how can John and Jane split it evenly... The worst part is the last minute move from indoor facilities to a small park down the street. When I went to pick up the kid, everyone is just running around playing on the playground structures, 2 college/high school students are just sitting there watching their phones. No adult was engaging with the kids. Parents didn't receive any advance notice about the move, nor offered refund options since they change the location. I really wouldn't care if the location is comparable, but the tiny park was unfit for math or STEM instruction. Math summer camp here is a false advertisement, they don't teach any math strategies. My child didn't learn anything useful nor is she more excited about math. We really looked forward to this and even thought about signing up for more classes in the falls but now we felt cheated and would not recommend this to anyone.
