When I asked to see the supposed interior fiber optic video/ pictures , they claimed somehow they had been erased. Even when I said I was considering a New Gas Insert , on my phone message , they never called me back. I find this a tough Industry: you have no way of seeing what's actually going on in your Fireplace and Chimney.
