I called to reschedule my child's appointment and was immediately told there would be a $15 cancellation fee. When I explained that I wasn't canceling, I was given a supposed 4-5 hour notice policy that appears nowhere in their appointment communications. I then asked if there was availability later that day and was told they were fully booked today and tomorrow. After I said I would check online myself, I was abruptly placed on hold without a word. No explanation. Within minutes of checking online, I found multiple openings later that same day and plenty of availability the next day. Customers should not have to fact-check your staff. I was told there was no availability when there clearly was. Call it what you want, but giving customers information that is demonstrably false is unacceptable. As a dad trying to manage a busy schedule, I expect honesty, professionalism, and basic respect. I received none of the above. Love our stylist, Botum, though. She's great with my son and gives excellent cuts.

The stylist said she could lighten it or have an all over color done. I chose to have the all over color as I did not want to damage my hair again. The all over color was free of charge. I called the manager and asked if I could get refunded, even just the difference between the balayage and the single color. I paid $130 to have my hair look the same as it did before BUT now DAMAGED and PATCHY because of the areas that were lightened. I will now have to continue coloring my hair when it fades. But it's okay that they don't answer the phone or even call you back. They think they are "Drs" regarding cancellations they require additional details as to why cancelling appointment however emergencies arise as I'm sure they all have families of their own but aren't accepting to hear an emergency unless you are willing to tell them exactly what happened. I will never recommend anyone to take their children to this Salon after how they treat new clients.

I booked a last minute appointment for my son since his sister decided to cut his hair for funsies. when we walked in, another little boy had just finished his haircut. Mina whisked my boy into a chair and got him nice and comfy. it was just us so Mina and her two team crew got to work. they made sure he wasn't fussy and kept up positive reinforcement. super happy I brought him here as he has my super fine Asian hair and they cut his hair in a way that it fell naturally. Mina did the cutting and it was an amazing experience for my young one. She knows what she is doing for sure. It's Korean ran, didn't know that before we went, my children are half Korean, so that was a nice add to the experience. Very hard working professional staff that clearly care about kids, and want them to have a good time. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and I got exactly what we needed. The wash is worth the extra bucks, so go all in. There is also a Chuck E Cheese right nearby so it was a great day all around. Very happy customer! P.S. this kid is ready to become a K-Pop Star. ^^
