Although this was to be a very minor procedure I was very nervous when I arrived. Dr. Keverline talked me though the entire procedure which helped immensely. He then removed the two growths almost painlessly and quickly. He has very steady hands and I never felt uncomfortable. His assistant is very upbeat and charming. She made me feel very much at ease. With a very short wait in the waiting room included I was in and out in around an hour.
