I found The Allergy Station and emailed them inquiring on pricing and what the procedure entails. They called me less than 10 minutes later in response which was great. The receptionist provided me with pricing, and a thorough breakdown of the steps for getting better. She was very pleasant and straightforward with everything. I signed up and was scheduled within 2 weeks for my first consultation. I met with Dr. Miller and his team and they were all so nice. I was given some samples of alternate allergy medicine and recommendations for a non-steroid nasal spray along with a prescription for an inhaler. Additionally, I was given an allergy test to see what I am truly allergic to. Fast forward to a month later, I am on allergy shots weekly now to help combat these allergies and feel progress in the right direction. Overall; the attention to detail, care provided and price has been great for everything provided thus far. I want to thank Dr. Miller and his team for being kind, pleasant and flexible with my schedule and helping me combat allergies!

Jami greeted us at the front desk in a pleasant manner and was efficient and knowledgeable in office procedures. Julie took us into the room where we would ultimately see Dr. Miller. She took our vitals and was kind and caring. Dr. Miller was upbeat and pleasant when greeting us each visit. He was compassionate and respectful of our situation. He interacted with other doctors on our team and kept up to date on procedures and bloodwork performed on my husband. Although he had slow improvement, he left Dr. Millet's care better than when he started. Larry's situation will not further improve but we are so grateful for the time Dr Miller gave us under his care.

This allergist is very disorganized and horrible toward their patients…read more I initially asked when they could accept me for my first allergy shot, and they stated the ranges of time I could come in. I drove an hour to their location and arrived with the proper timeframe just to be denied. On the day I arrived for my second shot they suddenly decided to no longer take TriCare insurance, after I used my referral for their services, meaning it will be very difficult for me to switch providers. Allergy testing and appointments were a huge investment of time for myself and my active duty spouse, just to abruptly be told that I can no longer continue care with them, not even with a self pay option. I unfortunately live on a heavily wooded military base due to no choice of my own but due to my spouse's military service, and will have to continue suffering through allergies and sinus infections until I can start the allergy treatment process over with a new provider or until my spouse can relocate again. Would not recommend this allergist to anyone, especially military families. This office should be embarrassed of the way they treat their patients.

A very good friend facing financial hardship reached out to this medical establishment. While their…read morewebsite proudly advertises Medicare acceptance, which he currently has, however they refused to see my friend because their supplemental coverage is Medi-Cal rather than private insurance. What makes this particularly disappointing is that other specialists--including my friend's current allergist in Sacramento--accept Medicare and compassionately waive the 20% co-payment for those in need. This practice, however, seems more concerned with maximizing their already substantial Medicare reimbursement (80% of their full charges) than serving vulnerable members of our community. Healthcare should be about healing, not profit margins. When medical professionals turn away those most in need--especially when alternatives exist to make care accessible--it reveals troubling priorities. My friend now faces the burden of traveling over 60 miles each way weekly for care that should be available locally. In a system where many struggle to access basic healthcare, I believe medical providers have an ethical responsibility to find creative solutions rather than simply closing their doors. I sincerely hope this practice reconsiders its policies to better serve all members of our community, regardless of economic status."
