Repeatedly, I have experienced significant delays when trying to schedule appointments or obtain necessary prescriptions. Messages left both by phone and through the Epic patient portal go unanswered for extended periods--often weeks. This is not an isolated issue; it has been a consistent pattern. Every year I brace myself by stocking up on medicine because I know it will take 2 months to get my annual prescription renewal. This means I do not take my medicine as prescribed which is not advisable or recommended. Some patients are forced to do this because of $$$, I have to do it because of substandard care. I have escalated these concerns to the office manager, yet the problem persists without meaningful improvement. While I understand that gastroenterology practices are in high demand, that does not excuse a breakdown in basic patient communication and access to care. At this point, the delays are unacceptable and have directly impacted my ability to manage my health. I cannot recommend this practice.

Second, when I arrived for my in-person appointment, they didn't have me on the schedule, despite having an email confirmation with the date and time. In this day and age, it's frustrating to have two separate appointments mishandled. Very disappointing overall.
