The office staff was very pleasant as usual, the weight time was excellent, the nurse was extremely pleasant and proffesional. Dr Chipps came in very soon. He listened to all my concerns as well as fears of going back to the hospital. He gave me his thoughts of what he thought it could be, ran an extremely large amount of testing . He was also very will to see me again if I had a flare up that day so he could see it. He took the time to write a note to the lab to notify them to draw my blood during an episode. I'm seeing him again on Monday to put a plan in place. His office as well as other providers are available this week should I need to be seen. I went from being in a deep state of concern to a place of hope and hopefully soon a resolution and diagnosis for my many symptoms I'm having . The administrative staff seems to be uncaring. Some of the nurse/assistant folks are very friendly. The gal who acts as the Xolair insurance liaison was fantastic. Dr. Chipps' clearly finds bedside manner to be a waste of time. If you like your medical interactions direct, dispassionate, and terse, then this is your guy! Just don't come to the office looking for any sort of comfort, clarity, or reassurance. This is an opportunity just waiting to happen. If another experienced allergy doctor with an ounce of compassion were to open up shop in the area, I believe the customers would pour in like a Midwest thunderstorm.

When I explained to the staff what transpired it did not seem like they wanted to here about it. Nor want to deal or have experience with the the billing. Lesson learned. I been coming here for 18 months. It's difficult to get a specialist these days. I did this because to get cryotherapy I needed to to do allergy shots first. The Staff is great but the billing staff Sue Biggs. Always if you go to ENT that does the billing they DONT offer the billing through the portal. I found out where my mail was sent it was sent to the wrong building. And did not ever get asked the whole time I been coming for a co-pays for my services. Neither has other clients been asked. No one ever is asked at this office. Sue Biggs medical billing specialist who isn't present at this office. It was explained to me she works off site. She called me once and threatened me with collections. Rather than being professional and ask questions she uses an accusational strong arm style tactics to get aging accounts paid on her accounts. They need a serious overhaul on their billing. They refused to give me access to my care my allergy shots until I could make payment arrangements which I could on the following Friday when I got paid. So now today I got my payment plan however I have to check in with the front each and every time rather than scan it because Sue Biggs denied me access without notice. She isn't educated on the rights and rules and regulations of denial of patients access to care. Just printing bills and billing. If they can put what you owe on the scan then they can surely put your copay on the scan so you don't have runaway copays mine is $1385.00 total or email is more effective than snail mail. Because of the out dated billing they use it has potential jeopardize my health. And you can't simply take your vials to a other allergist either. They are temperature control and most instances the allergist will want new vials due to integrity ect.So I will deal with this until they expire and find another office that's with the times with billing and ask for detailed copay and billing from now on.

3 4 2024 I have been…read morea patient in this office for almost 4 years now. Started off with Dr. Neil Parikh who left the practice during covid times. Then I got to see the NP(forgot her name) and now I am under the care of Dr. Teresa Neeno. I just adore her. She is receptive to my needs and she has been carefully monitoring me, changing and adjusting my allergy doses so I can feel better. I am now on my maintenance dose and no longer need to be in the office 2x per week for my shots. I just get to see them every 2-4 weeks. I am well pleased with the Nurses who give me my shots. The front desk staff Ariana and Linda are also great. I am very happy with this office. They are moving soon to another location still in Roseville. Definitely ask your Primary Care MD to be referred to this office if you have allergy issues.
