I found The Allergy Station and emailed them inquiring on pricing and what the procedure entails. They called me less than 10 minutes later in response which was great. The receptionist provided me with pricing, and a thorough breakdown of the steps for getting better. She was very pleasant and straightforward with everything. I signed up and was scheduled within 2 weeks for my first consultation. I met with Dr. Miller and his team and they were all so nice. I was given some samples of alternate allergy medicine and recommendations for a non-steroid nasal spray along with a prescription for an inhaler. Additionally, I was given an allergy test to see what I am truly allergic to. Fast forward to a month later, I am on allergy shots weekly now to help combat these allergies and feel progress in the right direction. Overall; the attention to detail, care provided and price has been great for everything provided thus far. I want to thank Dr. Miller and his team for being kind, pleasant and flexible with my schedule and helping me combat allergies!

Jami greeted us at the front desk in a pleasant manner and was efficient and knowledgeable in office procedures. Julie took us into the room where we would ultimately see Dr. Miller. She took our vitals and was kind and caring. Dr. Miller was upbeat and pleasant when greeting us each visit. He was compassionate and respectful of our situation. He interacted with other doctors on our team and kept up to date on procedures and bloodwork performed on my husband. Although he had slow improvement, he left Dr. Millet's care better than when he started. Larry's situation will not further improve but we are so grateful for the time Dr Miller gave us under his care.

He put me through a program that after 4 years is supposed to almost eliminate, or at least significantly reduce, your allergic response. Without going into details it takes time, and costs mucho bucks. When Dr. Patel moved I wanted someone closer. I chose Allergy Medical Group with Dr. Perera. I was VERY specific on multiple occasions that I wanted to continue the program I had been on with Dr. Patel. They said they ordered the formula (many times stronger than a normal allergy immunology program) and I started getting the shots. The 2nd or 3rd time I was there I asked them AGAIN, if they were using the same formulation as Dr. Patel's. "Oh yes, of course, we contacted him and got the formulation and instructions." A few years go by and I'm not seeing the results I should be seeing. I go in for an annual and ask the nurse about it. The nurse responds that she has no idea what I'm talking about and that I had been getting the standard formulation. In other words, all that time, and all those dollars, all out the window.

THE MA TOUCHED MY BLOOD WITH BARE HANDS. I came in for allergy skin testing, the MA Marisol did all…read moreof my injections with gloves on but once she came back to evaluate my reaction sites (compromised skin barrier from the injection and dried blood at each site) she used her completely bare hands to pick the dried blood off! I am a tattoo artist so I'm certified in BBP annually and know that you should not be touching an open wound or bodily fluids without gloves on, I also think this is common sense. I did not see her wash her hands before or after visiting my room, but washing hands alone does not sterilize your skin and that's why gloves are required. I called the doctor to tell him about this exposure risk, god forbid she was picking at someone else's blood before walking into my room and transmitting infectious diseases such as Hep or HIV. The best part of my phone call was when the doctors responded with 'she's only at risk if she has open skin on her hands', clearly misunderstanding that patients were at risk and he was only concerned about the MA's safety. He even questioned how I know these things and I had to prove my credibility. He's also making me confront Marisol during a scheduled call next week because he won't 'accuse his staff' of such a thing. The insinuation that I fabricated a very specific situation, making me prove my credibility, and only worrying that his staff wasn't exposed is wild. Every time I've had an appointment they can't find my documents and have been an hour late to each appointment. I will never be back and caution anyone that doesn't know about BBP to take my advice and not go here.

The hearing test that I was given was the most thorough that I have ever received from the previous 2 offices that I have visited. The M.A. who preceded the Dr. for vitals, health history, etc. was very attentive and kind. The Dr. took his time to evaluate my condition and I wasn't rushed. He genuinely cared about my health and symptoms. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Tim Fife to anyone experiencing issues with ENT. He holds a very compassionate interest and exemplifies the highest of standard in caring for his patients.

This office is a masterclass in poor communication and impossible expectations for patients…read more I am an established ENT patient who called needing to be seen urgently. I was told I couldn't be scheduled because there was "no referral on file" and that my previous referral had expired -- only to then be told that my prior referral was never sent at all, resulting in the doctor not being paid and supposedly "eating the cost." As a patient, I had no way of knowing this, was never informed at the time, and should never have been made aware of internal billing failures or financial consequences in the first place. That information was inappropriate to share and felt like an attempt to shift responsibility -- or guilt -- onto the patient. At my last visit, I wasn't actively having symptoms at that exact moment (because ENT issues are not something you can schedule on demand). The doctor seemed annoyed that I was even there, yet explicitly told me to call back when symptoms occurred, advocate to be seen urgently, and inform staff that he keeps openings -- even over lunch -- for this exact situation. When I followed those instructions, I was shut down by staff, told I needed a brand-new referral, informed the doctor would be out for two weeks, and offered a medication refill -- for medication I've never been prescribed because I can't get seen when the issue is actually happening. So to summarize: * I can't be seen without a referral * The referral process apparently isn't handled correctly * I'm told to come in only when symptomatic * Then told I can't come in when symptomatic * And somehow this is all the patient's problem The entire experience feels disorganized, dismissive, and borderline gaslighting. Patients should not be expected to navigate internal billing failures, referral errors, or be made aware of who did or didn't get paid just to receive basic care. I will not be returning.
