I've struggled with asthma on and off for my entire life, but I've dealt with significant exacerbations beginning in 2015. Early on, I remember telling her (and the excellent nursing staff) that I can't remember the last time I'd felt at 100%, but I'm SO thankful to say that that is changing. Though my initial appointment back in 2016 was focused on symptom management (I was in the midst of a particularly bad asthma exacerbation), on EVERY appointment thereafter Parita has taken my overall health goals and habits into account to help me regain what asthma has taken away. I haven't had a significant exacerbation in over a year, and for the first time in a loooong time, I've been able to be physically active most days of the week in a way I hadn't been since before 2015. She's offered practical suggestions and has worked hard to ensure I get the medical attention I need, and has encouraged me to "take up space" in a way I've NEVER encountered by a medical professional. I moved to the Bay Area a year ago, but I continue to receive care at the Allergy Center because Parita's care, compassion, and knowledge is unmatched. Her medical care has seen me through grad school, a major move, job changes, my wedding, and insurance changes (I so appreciate her emphasis on continuity of care)! I always say this to my family members and loved ones, so now I'm going to make it Yelp official: I wish every medical provider was like Parita. Unlike many medical providers whose work emphasizes symptom management (probably due to the pressures they face from insurance companies), Parita prioritizes the trajectory of her patients' health and consistently checks on her patients and on her work. She's extremely informative and personalizes her approach to each patient's needs. She takes her patients' concerns and knowledge of their bodies seriously (this alone sets her apart); she LISTENS attentively to feedback and genuinely cares about her patients (& their families)! My mom (who has attended many of my appointments with me) has said on multiple occasions that Parita is an angel. I know my review may seem effusive but if you're lucky enough to receive care from Parita, you know it's true: she offers so much more than excellent medical care, she offers hope.

Then I got to see the NP(forgot her name) and now I am under the care of Dr. Teresa Neeno. I just adore her. She is receptive to my needs and she has been carefully monitoring me, changing and adjusting my allergy doses so I can feel better. I am now on my maintenance dose and no longer need to be in the office 2x per week for my shots. I just get to see them every 2-4 weeks. I am well pleased with the Nurses who give me my shots. The front desk staff Ariana and Linda are also great. I am very happy with this office. They are moving soon to another location still in Roseville. Definitely ask your Primary Care MD to be referred to this office if you have allergy issues.

We had a recent miscommunication during our daughter's appointment. Their incompetent front desk said they had trouble pulling up our insurance even though they accepted it. I stayed at the clinic to try get a hold of insurance for them but spent almost thirty minutes on the phone with no success They said I was taking too long even though this insurance issue should've been dealt with on their end before we came to our appointment. We drive out 40 minutes just to see this doctor for personal reasons. They tried turning us away and we said we can pay cash. They said it was illegal for them to take cash because we initially told them we have insurance. Long story short, we were frustrated and left the clinic. We tried calling back to get my daughter seen. They responded by saying they were no longer taking new patients. We called a few times more and kept getting the same answer. The last time we called, the receptionist said there was an issue with our insurance. I called our insurance and they said we were black listed from their clinic and cannot call back. I just wished they told us up front and discussed about what happened instead of lying and giving us the runaround. They're not organized and they might not tell you the truth. Don't come here.

Dr.Pande was my pediatrician from 13 years old to 18 years old and she was decent up until my last…read morevisit with her. I came in with debilitating symptoms such as dizziness, lightheadedness, heart palpitations and many more concerning symptoms. When I was describing this I felt unheard and disregarded. When I mentioned the possibility of POTS syndrome she said "You don't have POTS syndrome that takes years to diagnose and you need a significant history" (which I had and which I stated). I felt ignored, like I was being called stupid and felt that she just didn't want to bother taking her time to deal with my health concerns. I knew I needed a new doctor soon because I had VERY RECENTLY turned 18 but all I wanted was a referral to cardiology and some reassurance. Instead I had to wait 3 anxiety inducing months to establish care with a new provider while I had no idea if what I was experiencing was life threatening or not because I was left in the dark. 10 months later, It's been confirmed that I DO have POTS. Being kicked out of her care like she gave up on me was a horrible experience and felt extremely dehumanizing. A past review has shown someone had a very similar experience to mine. I hope what seems like a bitter outlook on these specific symptoms gets fixed so she can better treat worried people who just want answers.

They don't listen to your heart, feel your organs or anything of the sort. My experience with Dr. Kramer was the opposite of this. He was all over me the way I remember doctors doing it when I was younger. He was very clear about what he was doing and asked me all about my and my family's medical history. It was a very thorough exam, and I feel like I'm in good hands with Dr. Kramer as my primary care physician.
