This is an unusual review, because I actually have not even seen the FANTASTIC Dr. Coles but I had the most amazing, positive, unusually kind and empathetic experience with her office staff, helping me to guide me through the insurance maze which is so very unusual these days. Anyone I spoke with in Dr Cole's office was extraordinary. All this "goodness" has to start at the TOP. After watching Dr. Coles BIO video she clearly is what a doctor should be with a profound interest in the well-being of her patients and does everything herself. The real deal. Unfortunely, Covid has ruined my husband's business so we need to find a doctor in our Cigna plan. But the moment our business turns around, Dr. Coles' office will be the first stop! It's a sad commentary that not all medical offices are run like Dr. Coles. The world would be a much better place. And judging from all of her other outstanding reviews on social media, I know we will not be dissappointed.

I was referred to Dr. Cyril because " he is a medical detective". My first visit lasted an hour because he took my medical history and asked detailed questions about my back pain. Camp/immunization forms are normally provided for free at the end of an annual physical exam but the process at Bodhi makes you log onto a website which you have to pay for and then order the forms which you also have to pay for. There are also periodic emails entitled "Happy Holidays" asking for donations. How bout this---use the money I paid unnecessarily for the immunization forms which should be free and donate it to the charity of your choice. Because point, click, print is not something that I should be charged for. The outcome of the physical exam is the whole point of the physical exam! Do doctors realize how much we as patients and parents pay for health care and copayments? With that said, I think I've met with each pediatrician at Bodhi Medical at one point or another and they are all absolutely great and replies are always prompt. Their bedside manner is phenomenal and even the front desk staff is EXCELLENT, hence the 4 star rating and not looking to change pediatricians any time soon.

When he passed away, I was saddened and very concerned about my health care. Then I found Dr. Horbar who not only was a peer of Dr. Yanoff at Lenox Hill Hospital but their patient population was almost identical. Dr. Horbar is the last of the true Internist that has a patients interest at heart and is the best diagnostician extant. You would be fortunate to have him as your Internist.
