Dr Marks bed side manners are top notch and he has years of dental care experience always leaving me in good hands. His office and medical staff are equally experienced and super friendly to work with. Never had a problem getting an appointment and the few times I needed after hours care - I was able to leave a message for Dr. Mark who personally called me back to see if he needed to come in during the weekend hours to treat my broken tooth. My husband who used to be terrified of going to the dentist now is at ease by switching to Dr. Mark who has treated his dental needs as well these last 3 years. My daughter has gone here since a young toddler and truly doesn't mind going to the dentist because of Dr. Mark and his amazing staff. He has 2 offices - one located at 49th and Pennsylvania in Indianapolis and another office located in Westfield Indiana near to Clay Terrance. His hours are convenient as well. While there are plenty of dentists in the Indianapolis area to choose from, my family and I will continue to visit Dr. Mark for all our dental care needs for years to come. Dr. Mohler is nice enough, but much less personable than other dentists that I've had in my lifetime. The same goes for the dental assistants that I've had when at her practice as well. They are not very talkative and were very short when asking normal questions that are usually covered at the beginning of the visit. I really felt like they were simply there to check the items off the list, nothing more. My main concern with my visits with Dr. Mohler is that after both visits I had with her, my mouth HURT. Not just sore, actually in pain. I had to take ibuprofen for at least two days after each visit in order to just eat and function because she is so rough during cleanings. I've never had an issue with this at any other dentist I've been to. There's nothing really wrong with Enjoy Dental, but because I want to be able to talk without being in pain after regular cleanings, I'm going to look elsewhere. Pro-Tip: Bring painkillers or take them before your cleanings.

He does not judge, or place blame for any issues / complications - nor does their staff. Everyone there is very kind, and although sometimes it can be a little tough to get in touch with them due to a high volume of calls, they are helpful and responsive. I have never had to call multiple times, they have always reached back out to me first! Dr. Bailey performed a root canal on me last year, and it went perfectly! He prescribed an antibiotic prior to the procedure, and was extremely kind and empathetic during the entire process. I had NO problems following the procedure and have not had an issue with the tooth since. I used to hate going to the dentist due to past bad experiences, but Dr. Bailey and his office of amazing staff have made up for those experiences tenfold!

They talk you through every step, and do everything possible to make sure you experience as little discomfort as possible. The dental hygienists are experienced, and Carla is skilled and gentle. The office is clean and bright. As you recline in the comfortable chairs, you can look out the large window or watch tv. No swelling, no infection and healed up quite nicely. I was out to dinner the same night and people were shocked I had a root canal the same day. I guess there really is a stigma about the procedure and everyone including myself was impressed at the speedy recovery. I returned for my follow up appointment this past week just to ensure everything still looks great. It was really just a formality and for peace of mind. I was reminded of how kind and friendly Dr Nasser and his staff are. If I ever need a root canal in the future, I will definitely return and be way less anxious knowing I can trust him to do a great job! Regarding: Indy Endodontics (Avon) Appointment Office Personnel…read moreI learned from my regular dentist I had an abscessed tooth and would need to get my first root canal. My dentist said they will provide the referral and 3D scan to the root canal specialists I chose. I contacted Indy Endodontics (IE) because they accepted my dental insurance and received very good reviews. Upon contacting IE it didn't take to long to find out they wanted to charge me up to $315 to do another 3D scan. This was evident when they would not look at the 3D scan my dentist sent them on a CD and then attach in an email using Dropbox. I do not recommend this practice as long as they give a potential patient the run around. It is hard enough to go through a root canal when you have to have a crown drilled through to remove the calcified nerve. After contacting many other independent endodontists, I was able to get the work done more professionally from initial contact to completion. Senior Citizen
