See & Co. did an excellent job remaking a pair of eyeglasses with my new reading glass prescription. I have not visited the optometrist for a vision test; I brought results from another shop. But I'm planning to give See & Co a try next year when I need my eyes checked again. Oh, and the bags are super cute! I stocked up on eyeglass wipes and anti-fog spray and took the stash home in this adorable bag.

It seems I haven't had an eye exam for a few years now. Generally, I have good vision but wanted to…read moresee if I needed a new prescription and/or if anything had changed. I booked an appointment with See and Co. and met with Dr. Emily and her kind and attentive staff. Dr. Emily inspected my eyes and conducted a series of vision tests with me which entailed reading various letters on a screen in various sizes and clarity. In the end, she confirmed that not much had changed if at all. However, she recommended that I choose a slightly lighter prescription in one of my lenses in order to reduce the effects of stigmatism which resulted in less dizziness while wearing glasses. I like the fact that she was very detailed and tried to recommend the best solution that suited me. I was in good hands. In addition to the personalized service, See and Co. offers very high quality name brand frames. I tried some of them on until we found the right one, an aviator-type with metal frame. And due to Covid, there was a system for sampling the frames. After each sampling, the frames were placed in a basket and ready to be sanitized before being touched by the next person. In addition to that, all of the staff was wearing masks. I felt safe knowing their Covid procedures were in effect. Moving on.. my frames were made onsite so I got them sooner rather than later! I'm very happy with the quality of the lens which were made to block both UV and blue light. It's very unique in that it somehow makes everything look a little brighter and a little more pleasant.. even on darker rainy days. I'm not sure what causes that, but it's awesome. My frames also came with a magnetic attachment which enables it to double as sunglasses. You just place the shades on the front of the frames and it stays.. very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend See and Co. and Dr. Emily. Had an awesome experience here.

Over six months, I spent unnecessary money trying countless products with no results. Only after months of failed treatment was prescription medication finally discussed. Even then, the office could not manage to do the bare minimum. They showed no urgency in completing the prior authorization process, gave conflicting information, and outright changed their story after the fact. To make matters worse, the new prescription they claimed they were sending was never even sent to the pharmacy. The level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and poor customer service was shocking. When patients are trusting you with their health, there should be follow-through, communication, and professionalism. For over 10 years, Dr. Davidson has thoroughly and comprehensively examined my eyes and vision. It is never routine with him and he makes sure that any and all issues are addressed--never rushing. He has a very warm demeanor and it shows that he cares. Unlike the other reviewer, I've never seen the office in disarray in my over 10 years there. I only have one low point to mention, and that was when he told me I shouldn't box anymore due to my over-stretched retina. I hope to visit him again when I'm back east. Addendum - Wow, I just read the one filtered review. Sounds BOGUS to me. In over TEN years there I've never experienced a bad receptionist, dirty office, an angry Dr. Davidson (??), pressure to use Sterling, or hidden charges. I actually have to have additional testing done due to high pressure in my eyes and he always gives me the option, along with the full information that I need. Thank you, I rest my case.
