At that time I was fighting cancer and unfortunately the refund check got into the wrong file at home and never got cashed. Now the cancer has returned and while going through the files we found that check. I called them to see if the check was still valid and was told that it is not. I requested a new check. I know that it was not their fault that the check was not cashed. I was told that they had formed a new corporation and that they could not possibly issue a refund now. The same doctor is there under a different corp a little grace would be nice. Should I need more work of that type I will not be going there.

Dr. Brenner was very rude with my son and told him that he would have to go to the "baby dentist" if he could not lay perfectly still while he numbed his mouth. Then proceeded to try and make us feel bad at check out by saying "we came in this morning just for you" .. We did not request a special time or visit, this is the appointment we were given by the receptionist over a month ago. I will be canceling all my future visits with this dentist office.

He is far and above the best dentist out there, and does everything he can to please patients. His is calming while informative, and understanding if patients can't afford something they might need. I referred multiple family members and friends to Dr. Morrison over the years, and all of them continued using him until he retired. I've seen many dentists in 40 years, from fancy offices to those at boot camp (which are awful, generally speaking). I have yet to find someone that I trust as much as Dr. Morrison.

They get you because you have to commit to $185 without truly understanding what a lotus path is or their techniques are. I participated in day one consultation. I confided in him about what happened with a family member. I started to have an emotional release. I asked him if this was appropriate, me crying and letting him know those measures what's going on. His reply was that he was OK with it as long as I didn't project my feelings onto him or people in his staff like Victoria, (the front desk receptionist). I felt weird but could not identify until later how offensive that was. I was in a state of sadness talking about the trauma with my son. He did the assessment and sent me on the way. I came back for day two ( I had to because I had already invested $185) we went over the prognosis. He wanted to give me a treatment and so we walked out into the main lobby. I felt weird and exposed in the lobby. I'm a private person. I got on the table and felt nervous. Then all the sudden someone walked in and the door beeps loudly and Cameron says hi Sabrina. It made me very uncomfortable. HIPAA? I told him I did not feel comfortable being in the lobby. He acted irritated and grabbed a tool. He took me to a child's room and gave me a makeshift treatment and sent me on my way. I called him by phone. I wanted to get on the same page and talk to him about us being a good fit. He got annoyed with me on the phone for asking questions about the process. I could hear it in his voice. I was on the phone with him for less than 10 minutes and he cut me off and told me he had to go. I do not recommend this person. He is not a healer. When I asked about compensation ( which I have NEVER in my life ever asked a practitioner for money back) he was not going to offer anything. Not even an apology. I felt so taken. $185 is a lot of money with what's going on in our economy. I felt so much worse after seeing him. I pulled my calf muscle after seeing him. I was upset for a week after seeing him. Money is more important than people to him.
