I requested no numbing for a tooth being pulled - he pulled the majority of the tooth (the remainder of which later was flicked out by another dentist who didn't think I needed numbing at all), and proceeded to be emotionally/verbally abusive trying to force me into an injection. I will never return to this office, and I certainly would never dream of bringing my children here. If you're looking for a kind and decent dentist, steer clear of this office.

She told me that we would try the sensor, which they only had one size of because the x-rays were better but could switch methods if necessary. Once switching (just for the back teeth) became necessary she would not try the other previously mentioned method (name I cannot recall) and I was told I could be compliant or leave. I explained that this was no fear of the dentist or basic discomfort and that I could do the other x-rays with the standard method, just not the very far back of my mouth. I was again accused of not being compliant in a tone that felt mocking so left after an unproductive and humiliating experience. I have always had this issue and never before encountered a dentist office who could not find another x-ray angle or tool for those 2 of 18 x-rays and have never felt made fun of like this before.
