I am a professional musician (singer and educator) who has seen ENT's for 25 years to treat GERD (acid reflux), the early stages of vocal nodules, sinus infections, and sleep apnea. While I have been lucky enough to have amazing ENT's through ENT Allergy (no bad experiences with any of their doctors), no one is better than Dr. Scheibelhoffer. It's not even close. No ENT has provided me with such stellar knowledge and immediate feedback than this doctor. He ALWAYS has the answers and goes to great lengths to educate his patients. Dr. Scheibelhoffer is the consummate professional - caring, compassionate, witty, and an outstanding sense of humor. I walked in today, and he commented immediately on my sports jersey. As he was prepping my files, we continued to talk sports for a few minutes before an inevitable nasal endoscopy was about to occur. He knows precisely what to say to put patients of ALL AGES at ease. Initially, I visited Dr. Scher to look at my eye that had contracted conjunctivitis. His expertise eradicated the prolem in one visit. I am a regular at his office for sinus issues and the staff is amazing, as well. They have helped me so many times getting me a prompt appointment when I was in so much pain. He is a true healer and I know when I am in agony, I will get relief after my appointment. When I have been very ill with sinus issues, he has returned my calls and even called on his own to see how I was feeling. I've seen one of the associates in the past and no offense - but I prefer to just see Dr.Cece. From a cosmetic standpoint, many people have complimented me on my nose and I have referred numerous patients to him for consultation and they were all very pleased with their surgical results. All of the staff was friendly and professional. I was in and out for both a hearing test and a doctor visit in under an hour. Both the tech who did my hearing test and Dr. Sreepada were extremely caring and personable. The doctor did not rush my visit and continually checked in to ask if I had any questions. I'm dealing with a bad fluid buildup and some temporary hearing loss in one ear which has been really scary. The doctor was very reassuring and has me on the right medication to hopefully get the problem solved, which I'm thankful for.

The 2 times I've been here I've had to wait 15 mins pass my appointment time. After physican assistant takes measure's my weight, height, and temperature. I waited another 15 minutes for the doc. Total time with doc was less than 5 minutes since my survey I wrote when I was with the PA had no issues. I don't have any chronic ailments yet so I consider my lucky so far. I probably do check in too much at restaurants. Too much waiting but it's only for once a year so far.
