Instead of explaining right off the bat that I would need two separate appointments the woman answering the phone starts telling me what they do and do not do there, although I have been there before. We had a whole convoluted conversation about what the doctor would and would not do, just because I assumed the visits could be combined for efficiency, at the end she then tells me they don't do those appointments at the same time. It's fine that they didn't combine the appointments, but I still need both appointments and she just needed to explain that or offer me a double time slot. Anyway I'm not dealing with that, I can't be the first patient that ever needed to separate visits and needed clarification.

He also has great bedside manner and makes you feel so comfortable throughout your appointment. I recommend him to all my friends and family. Even my boyfriend, Dave, goes to him. Gabby, and Jackie are great too! They always find my vein first try when giving me infusions or taking my blood. Sam works at the front desk and is an absolute sweetheart. Finally, Crystal. She deserves her very own shout out for all she does for Dr.Kramer. She's so incredibly smart and helpful! She is always remembering little things going on in your life and always makes sure to ask you about them when you come into the office. She checks in every now and then when Dr. Kramer is taking a long time during his visit, and tries to keep things moving. She takes care of so much and Dr. Kramer is so blessed to have her!

They wrote me an auto response email saying they were concerned and would follow up. Have I heard from them? No. Did they post my review? No. I can't put into words how truly disgusted I am with this doctor. I wasted hundreds of dollars on him in hopes of getting my life back with the help of alternative medicine. Instead, he told me my disease was mental (I have plenty of proof that it's not), and that I should read a couple of recommended books. I'm not even kidding. At the time I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt because he seemed like he wanted to help. In retrospect, I realize how vulnerable I was at that moment, and he completely took advantage. He made me wait hours for my appointment, and then had the nerve to tell me he had children to feed (making my visit as short as possible). Ironically, his staff is WONDERFUL. They are genuinely happy to see you and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable during your visit.

First let me start out by saying I live in ocean county. I'm exactly 71 miles from Dr Morgan's…read moreoffice. I see him religiously every month for a chronic affliction as the result of a traumatic accident. And I'll make one thing VERY clear...I will continue to travel the 71 miles each way until the day Dr Morgan decides to retire (and I'm dreading that day, lol!) In the 8 years it's been since my accident, I have NEVER encountered a physician who is more compassionate, understanding, professional, and a genuine humanitarian. He, and he alone has given me a quality of life I never thought could be achieved given my limitations (which thanks to him have greatly improved) I've also dealt with his physician assistant, Jenna Marino, who also I couldn't have kinder words for. She also has gone above and beyond for me when Dr Morgan wasn't available. Thank you all again for giving me my life back!

I don't often write reviews, but Dr. Festa deserves all the praise in the world, and I want…read moreeveryone to know it. I've been a patient of his since I was in high school, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he is one of the most exceptional people I've ever met. Finding a doctor you can be completely, 100% open with is rare. Dr. Festa has this incredible ability to be a supportive, caring friend while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I feel comfortable enough to talk to him about absolutely anything, and I know I will be met with zero judgment. He is a safe space, and in the medical world, that is priceless. I trust him with my life. His level of knowledge is astounding. I am constantly amazed at how educated he is. There has never been a single topic, concern, or question I've brought to him that he didn't have extensive, thorough knowledge on. He is meticulous and thorough in everything he does, ensuring no stone is left unturned. But the real reason I am writing this review goes deeper. A little over two years ago, my life was in shambles. I was struggling with a history of substance abuse and felt like I was at rock bottom. I went back to Dr. Festa, and he has been an unwavering pillar in my life ever since. He didn't just treat my physical health; he supported my entire well-being. He has helped guide me to a place I truly never thought I would see. Today, I am happy, I am sober, and I am actively meeting goals that once seemed impossible. On top of the outstanding care, the entire practice is a dream to work with. The office is beautiful and always perfectly clean. The front desk workers are phenomenal--they are always on top of whatever I need, from prescriptions to scheduling. Speaking of which, I have never had an issue getting an appointment; Dr. Festa always has availability. And so never have to wait more than 10-15 minutes max! I've also never had a problem with my insurance, as they take many different providers. I am so profoundly grateful for Dr. Festa. I actually look forward to my monthly appointments. He is the gold standard for what a Primary Care Physician should be. I recommend him and his practice to everyone and anyone in search of a PCP or one of the many other specialties he offers.

I'm so extremely disappointed with this place. It's taken me a year to make this review because I…read morereally wanted to give this place a chance and I'm so upset with everything. Last February I had gotten Botox and lip filler for the first time ever. It was recommended by a friend so I figured I'd give it a go. When I went in for my Botox it was given to me so quick without much information. About a week later my eyebrows were completely lopsided to the point you could visible tell. I went back to ask them if there was anything they could do about it and he told me to give it another week or two. So i did and it was still the same if not worse! When I went back I tried to explain it to him and I felt like he thought I was crazy. Even though you could tell just by looking at my that my one eyebrow was MUCH higher then the other. I'm a shy person when it comes to these things but again I tried to explain and he didn't really care what I had to say. Shot me up with more Botox and sent me on my way. Another week went by and my eyebrows were so bad that people were staring at me. I called the office to explain and the doctor wouldn't even come on the phone. He told the front desk to tell me to "wait it out again". I had to stay like that for 3 months ( how embarrassing ) until the botox wore off. When I got my lip filler they didn't even numb me. They sat me in the chair and did it so fast ( it was painful and uncomfortable ) and when he inserted the needle it went right through my lips not even on the top or bottom lines. I was left with massive bumps and he told me to go home and massage them. Again I waited two weeks and the bumps were getting bigger and bigger. When I asked why that was happening he had the nerve to laugh and tell me I was impatient and that I needed to wait. I was so upset with how unprofessional this was. I waited an entire month to two months before going back and showing him how bad the filler was placed and how big the bumps were and he AGAIN told me to wait. It's been over a year now and the bumps are so bad that it's been a nightmare for me to even smile in pictures. I went to a new place and they told me they have never see such bad placement of filler before. Now spending ridiculous amounts of money to dissolve them ( almost three times now ) and get them refilled.
