I arrived 20 minutes early After taking off from work ( losing a days pay) Not eating, because I was told not to when I made the appointment. I was told my name is in the computer , but had no appointment My response was ,,, I'm a new patient someone made a mistake You did not just grab my name out of the air... I was told I had to go I could not speak or see the doctor today.. Doctors rules,,,, if you don't cancel within 24 hours you will be charged for the visit Ummmm. May I charge them for losing a days pay If my condition gets worse may my daughters Sue People have no regards... I was told to come in for my appointment at 6 pm, I arrived at 5:30 pm on the dot. I checked in early and there was one patient who was in front of me. I wish I was joking when I say I waited TWO AND HALF hours to be only seen for 15 minutes. When I was telling her my symptoms, and my previous medical history, she brushed it off as if it wasn't important (Maybe because 20-year-olds are immune to sickness????). She took my blood work, told me that she was going to run every test, and assured me that I'd know my results by the following week. I waited and heard nothing back, so I called about a week after she took my blood. The receptionist said she was going to call me two days later, guess what! She never did. So AGAIN I called back about another week and I got the same response. I called AGAIN today (5/2/2024) in the morning. The conversation went like this: Receptionist:"Let me get your info, and we'll give you a call in 2 days". Me: "I should've received my results and I called already 2 times before" Receptionist: proceeded to go through the entire month of Aprils call log to "assure me" that I've "not once after my appointment called to know my results". Me: "I did call, you guys took my blood almost a month ago, I need to know the results" Receptionist: "Well since you're new, let me tell you, that's not how we do things here and YOU HAVE TO WAIT two days for my call" and just hung up. Like why... In the time that it took for her to go day by day in the call log, she could've just told me my results. This practice is very unprofessional and doesn't seem to respect or care for their younger patients. Imagine if I have a severe illness or disease that could've been caught early but now because this practice likes to dilly-dally, it's progressed further, and has gone untreated. Each day counts. My health has only declined more. I just want to know what's wrong...

Finding a doctor you can be completely, 100% open with is rare. Dr. Festa has this incredible ability to be a supportive, caring friend while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I feel comfortable enough to talk to him about absolutely anything, and I know I will be met with zero judgment. He is a safe space, and in the medical world, that is priceless. I trust him with my life. His level of knowledge is astounding. I am constantly amazed at how educated he is. There has never been a single topic, concern, or question I've brought to him that he didn't have extensive, thorough knowledge on. He is meticulous and thorough in everything he does, ensuring no stone is left unturned. But the real reason I am writing this review goes deeper. A little over two years ago, my life was in shambles. I was struggling with a history of substance abuse and felt like I was at rock bottom. I went back to Dr. Festa, and he has been an unwavering pillar in my life ever since. He didn't just treat my physical health; he supported my entire well-being. He has helped guide me to a place I truly never thought I would see. Today, I am happy, I am sober, and I am actively meeting goals that once seemed impossible. On top of the outstanding care, the entire practice is a dream to work with. The office is beautiful and always perfectly clean. The front desk workers are phenomenal--they are always on top of whatever I need, from prescriptions to scheduling. Speaking of which, I have never had an issue getting an appointment; Dr. Festa always has availability. And so never have to wait more than 10-15 minutes max! I've also never had a problem with my insurance, as they take many different providers. I am so profoundly grateful for Dr. Festa. I actually look forward to my monthly appointments. He is the gold standard for what a Primary Care Physician should be. I recommend him and his practice to everyone and anyone in search of a PCP or one of the many other specialties he offers.
