The staff and facility I thought was great. The end result a year later is that I do think they look much better, but I don't feel they look the same. The shape is different. This may be because of the prior lumpectomy but I think this should have been taken into consideration. Also the side i had the lipo looks like it needs a bit more lipo as you can see a section that clearly needs a bit more. There is like a layer of fat. When I went to my last follow up, the Dr wasn't there. And he wasn't there on a few follow up visits. The nurse was, to take some final pics and said I can have a bit more lipo done, but it would be another lipo procedure, meaning I would have to pay again. Which I feel to be unfair as I already paid to make them look the same. And already paid for lipo. This was expensive ..all in all, I feel they look better than before but still don't think paying for more lipo is quite fair. Also while I was recovering one side got a fungal Infection. I don't know how that could happen as I kept it very clean and followed all the directions. All I can think of is the tape that was put on was not put on properly and moisture got beneath it. I had to go in and have the tape removed earlier than expected, and put anti fungal medication on. It wasn't even noticed , as I was sending photos, until I specifically pointed it out. So I did have a difficult recovery. It was a stressful time for me.

I am a professional musician (singer and educator) who has seen ENT's for 25 years to treat GERD (acid reflux), the early stages of vocal nodules, sinus infections, and sleep apnea. While I have been lucky enough to have amazing ENT's through ENT Allergy (no bad experiences with any of their doctors), no one is better than Dr. Scheibelhoffer. It's not even close. No ENT has provided me with such stellar knowledge and immediate feedback than this doctor. He ALWAYS has the answers and goes to great lengths to educate his patients. Dr. Scheibelhoffer is the consummate professional - caring, compassionate, witty, and an outstanding sense of humor. I walked in today, and he commented immediately on my sports jersey. As he was prepping my files, we continued to talk sports for a few minutes before an inevitable nasal endoscopy was about to occur. He knows precisely what to say to put patients of ALL AGES at ease.
