I was a patient of Dr. Sreepada in the past, and he was very thorough. He had done surgery on my neck, which left no problems and no scarring. I was referred back to him a few weeks back due to hearing loss and he examined my ears for potential ear issues. He's a very good doctor, patient, and thorough and I trust his expertise. I have recommended him to many friends over the years because he's very good and will continue to recommend. I'll start off from the very beginning. About one year ago, my PCP tested me through blood tests for allergies. The results were moderate to severe allergies to pollen, certain types of trees, and dust. These allergies were contributing to frequent sinus infections/ colds. My PCP helped me manage them then. Fast forward to the present: I had a physical with my PCP, and had mentioned to him I noticed a swollen lymph node which has stayed consistently the same size for few months now, along with increased headaches, and noticed I had continued to experience sinus infections or colds rather frequently. He mentioned I was likely experiencing increased allergy symptoms which were contributing to the sinus infections/ colds. However, due to the new onset of swollen node, he recommended I see an ENT for palpation of my neck/throat and consultation of possibility of chronic sinusitis. I was recommended to this office... I don't know why, but I followed this recommendation. For my first session, I was seen 45 minutes after my original appointment time, to be seen by Dr. Brunetti for about 5 minutes, and barely being able to get a word in. He did a nasal endoscopy, which I surely deemed necessary if the point was to rule in/out sinusitis at this time. I, and my PCP, mainly wanted to have a palpation of my neck to have some insight on the swollen lymph node. He did a rather quick palpation of my neck and right away decided it was not concerning, and seemed to be a reactive lymph node from my allergies and my swollen nasal passages. I told him I recently had allergy testing done, and I am really visiting this office for a conclusion on why I have these swollen lymph nodes. If he deemed them non-concerning, I did not see the reason on why continue with this allergy testing if I had recently gotten it done. However, he responded with saying the testing done in this office is extensive and will give more answers. Due to the quick interaction with him, I agreed to the process of the allergy testing. He gave me a nasal spray prescription and sent me on my way. Second appointment for my 1st part of allergy testing: I was seen 1 hour after my appt time and I was not made aware of having a copayment for this visit. Dr. Songh was lovely, really took her time with me, and was very thorough. To no surprise, first part of testing showed I was allergic to dust and pollen. Third appointment: Again, seen an hour after my appointment time, for second part of testing and final visit with Dr. Brunetti. At the front desk, I suddenly had a copayment. After clarifying, the front desk receptionist makes me aware that this visit is actually two copayments, and that I should have been charged for my last visit. This was extremely disappointing, as each visit was $60. Suddenly, I had to pay $120 for two visits, apparently have 1 bill of a copayment on the way. My allergy testing, surprisingly, showed I was allergic to pollen, dust, and some trees. Almost like I had mentioned my prior allergy blood testing showed about one year ago. I then have my appointment with Dr. Brunetti. Dr. Brunetti did not let me talk, talked down to me about my knowledge of my allergies/ the allergy season, quickly did a palpation of my lymph nodes to tell me there were no more swollen nodes. I pointed out the exact location of the same lymph node, which has not had any changes from last time. He then corrects himself and says "if you want, we can do an ultrasound." How comforting and secure! Without educating me on what he is checking, he then runs another nasal endoscopy after telling him I felt better with my allergies. Said nasal endoscopy is charged as a procedure to the insurance companies, and cost me $300 for my first appointment. If I was thoroughly listened to during my first appointment, I 1. would not have wasted my time for three upcoming appointments, of which I was seen an hour later each time, 2. would not be billed an absurd amount of money for this unnecessary allergy testing, 3. Would probably feel much much better about my swollen lymph nodes, with a better understanding. This was so, so disappointing. With weeks and weeks in this process, I came out of these appointments with the same exact allergy results from recently, one $300 bill from ONE appointment (and am sure will have good hefty bills from the next three sessions), and same answer about my lymph nodes from the first session, with added "if you want, we can get an ultrasound." Thank God they are not concerning, but putting the ball in my court, as if I know what to do, was not comforting. read more

I visited this location of ENT Allergy Associates for an emergency ear issue. They were able to get me in last minute for a hearing test and visit with Dr. Sreepada. All of the staff was friendly and professional. I was in and out for both a hearing test and a doctor visit in under an hour. Both the tech who did my hearing test and Dr. Sreepada were extremely caring and personable. The doctor did not rush my visit and continually checked in to ask if I had any questions. I'm dealing with a bad fluid buildup and some temporary hearing loss in one ear which has been really scary. The doctor was very reassuring and has me on the right medication to hopefully get the problem solved, which I'm thankful for. read more

Booked an 8:40 apt for my 16th month old son and after making a scene because we still haven't seen the doctor by 10, the office manager kicked us out. The staff was extremely rude unpleasant to me and my wife on the phone. They messed up the appointment and refused to try to help us fix it. Claimed an emergency surgery came up which is why we weren't seen which was a different excuse that they gave my wife. I expressed frustration that we should of been told and allowed to reschedule. The witch of an office manager then says I'm being rude for saying I should be seen. Wouldn't advise anyone to go there. read more

I give them zero stars.... Unfortunately that's not an option. The doctors are fine, the billing is an absolute nightmare. My daughter has been a patient for many many years when she was still under my husband's insurance. When she got her own health insurance she called to let them know. Bills still were sent to my husband. I cannot tell you how many times we have tried to correct this over the course of many years. Instead a bill shows up for services rendered last year! And three times now they have sent bills to a collection agency. She usually pays on the app before she checks in for her appointment. However, since receiving collection notices which do not even detail the service or dates, I told her to stop paying that way and wait for billing statements so we can reconcile what she's paid already With the services rendered. Now it seems my husband is no longer receiving bills but neither is she! And another collection notice shows up. No way to run a business. read more

Always a pleasant visit. I have been there several times and have seen various doctors and always have a positive experience. Unlike other Dr offices, they run mostly on time which I appreciate. Most recently I worked with Dr. Sreepada who is extremely personable and caring. The place is efficient and you can handle all your paperwork online. This was the worse experience I ever had with a doctor. He was extremely rough when cauterizing my nose and caused me a great deal of pain. He was very rough and my whole nose is sore a day later and also swollen. He also cauterized the very bottom of the nostril which is very visible which was totally unnecessary as the bleeding was from much higher up. I have never written a negative review of a doctor before, but this Dr. was brutal. He said he sprayed lidocaine in my nose, but if he did, he didn't give it time to take effect. He also had a very callous attitude when I said how much it hurt. He just said, well there is nothing I can do. I know medical procedures can be painful, but I believe the pain was excruciating because the doctor was so rough. read more

Editing to respond to the owner: taking the conversation elsewhere protects you, not me. I already spoke to your customer service. They shared with me that you "don't keep the more affordable hearing aids on-hand" for the demo stage. If the people reading this thread saw that, they would likely deduce, as I have, that you likely don't keep those around for demos because that's what people would buy. Instead, you show people the really exciting hearing aids that are really expensive. And only mention the affordable gear 2 months later after someone complains the way I have. Just had a terrible experience there. I'm a first time patient, traveling 20 minutes to get to the office. Appointment was made online the day prior, using their website. At the website's suggestion, I spent an hour doing the initial paperwork to make it so I could arrive at the time of the appointment, rather than 20 minutes earlier. Arrived at the time of the appointment, and the front desk said I was late, and couldn't be seen. Explained what happened, and she said "Well, I don't think he's going to see you. When would you like to reschedule for?". Apparently their patient's time is less important than the doctor's. Didn't even get a chance to review the actual work. Would have loved to have my issues addressed, but I will now have to look elsewhere, because they've lost yet another customer. This practice is run strictly as a business there is no care in what they do.Over the course of 2 years I was treated for a "vestibular disorder" and given a multitude of prescriptions including several rounds of prednisone and nasal sprays that caused horrible eczema. None of which actually solved my vertigo issue. The doctors here do not truly care about their patients...when you leave a message they never call you back and they literally throw prescriptions or steroid injections at you instead of trying to get to the root cause. I have had horrible bouts of vertigo and would try to get in touch with Dr.D'Anton and they would send a message that would either never be answered or you have to constantly call back to get a PA to read off what the doctor wrote (so forget about asking any additional questions). Worst of all Dr. Brunetti is the covering dr on weekends and is the most uncaring doctor I've ever dealt with -he treats you with absolute disdain. So if your feeling horrible you get to feel even worse after he tells you that you're over-exaggerating your symptoms! Thank god I had a feeling to get a second opinion and I'm glad I did because they not only misdiagnosed me but also gave me harmful medicine that I did not need. Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this group. They DO NOT care about you they are there solely to make money. read more

I saw Dr. Sujana S. Chandrasekhar. I was very surprised to have this experience with this provider based on the reviews I'd seen. This doctor is a specialist on my condition (Tinnitus) and has written papers on it. All of the reviews I've seen of her were positive and uplifting. But my experience with her was cold, impersonal and rushed and she showed almost no interest in my request. She said she would follow up in a month to let me know of her decision to help and she did not. I was sick for 2 months with a sinus infection and my primary care refused to see me or help me, despite many negative Covid tests. I called this office and they got me a next day appointment. Dr. Varughese assessed me and prescribed me the correct medication. The same day, my sinus infection of two months was cured thanks to him! DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible experience the first time I went. Went again because I figured it was just one bad actor. Nope! If you are not being misdiagnosed, the rules of your insurance are being blatantly disregarded and you will end up paying a bundle to correct the doctor ignoring insurance restrictions. First visit: Brunetti. Went to see for a sore throat that had lasted longer than a month. As others here have said, first thing was nasal endscopy. Found nothing, proceeds to ask me every single question used to diagnose acid reflux. Answered "no" to every question--so he tells me I have acid reflux. What?? Nothing I said or you saw matches acid reflux, but I have acid reflux? But Brunetti wasn't finished yet; he said I would have to go on prescription proton pump inhibitors. That's right--no change to mealtime or eating habits, no elevating the head of the bed, no trying OTC meds to see if they would work. Nope! Straight to the drugs that give you brittle bones if you take them for more than a year, and come back to see him in three weeks. Next visit: Sreepada. Does a type of biopsy my insurance company's clinical manual says is "experimental." Sends the biopsy to an out-of-network lab. Insurance says they won't pay the lab for reading it. Insurance says that I'M supposed to pay. Wait--the doctor picked something experimental without telling me? Sent it to the wrong lab? Never even mentioned the option to have the standard treatment, whatever that is, or of sending sample to in-network lab? And now insurance says I have to pay the lab?? SUPER MARKET MEDICENE - I was treated for an ear infection at the Wayne office of ENT & Allergy. After 5 days, the treatment didn't seem to be working. The pain was still there. I called for an appointment to re-evaluate my treatment. I was told the next appointment was in 3 days. I told them that was unacceptable. They told me the doctor would call back. I went to another ENT & A office later that day and I was also diagnosed with TMJ and never got a call back from the original doctor. When I saw the original doctor in a scheduled follow up appointment, I told him about the lack of responsiveness of his office. He did not apologize but told me to complain to the front office. I told him He should complain to his own office. He told me he is doing the best he can. I told him he could do better. Complete Ripoff! Unethical! I was diagnosed by my GP with an ear infection. Got ear drops, and a week later, I followed up with an appointment at ENT to make sure it had cleared up. Dr. Brunetti checked my ear, and admitted he saw no signs of infection. Then, for some reason decided I needed a nasal endoscopy. Without telling me or asking me, he inserted a camera into my nose and down my throat. I specifically asked him if it was necessary and that I didn't want him to do that. To which he replied "you're doing fine" and shoved the camera into my other nostril. It was a $465 procedure! After insurance adjustments, they're asking me to pay over $300!! For an ear infection that had already cleared up! Its not ok to impose unnecessary invasive treatments on patients (against their will) and then charge them crazy prices for it! Trouble After I Signed Contract for Hearing Aid I received a bill for $50 after I signed a contract with a $250 deposit for a hearing aid and training. The bill was for a previous service. No one told me there would be a separate charge for the hearing test when I visited Dr. Keenan for the (and last) time. The office posts signs saying all services are to be paid for at time of service, but a month later, after I signed a contract, I got this bill. The office manager, Jamie De Jesus told me she would write it off because Dr. Vertsman did not tell me of the charge before, during or after the test. However, Ms. De Jesus has been slow to confirm the write-off in writing. Of course I can't continue with this contract and hearing aid aftetr this desceptive practice. I don't understand why these shoddy practices are necessary at this practice. I'm just warning everyone. Caveat emptor! read more

I got an ear infection - was diagnosed by my GP and put on ear drops and antibiotics. I had a lot of pain in my ear so I thought perhaps I should go to an ENT. Long story short, I saw Dr. Brunetti at ENT & Allergy Assoc. He came in and out of the room two or three times. Every time I tried to ask a question he said we'll talk about it later. He looked in my ear, and shoved two tubes down my nose, which I later found out were cameras. He said he was going to prescribe ear drops, and I reminded him I was already on them. So he prescribed a prednisone pack. He once again left the room. I sat there for about five minutes, then proceeded out into the hallway where I saw a staff member. I asked if I was done and she said I guess so, just go check out. WHAT? He never bothered to answer my questions so I called the office next day. He called me back and impatiently asked me what were my questions. After a few brusque answers, he said "bottom line you're feeling better right?" I told him there was a slight improvement. I would not suggest anyone go to this practice, or Dr. Brunetti in particular. Next day I made an appointment with Dr. Ginsberg on Rt 23 in Riverdale. Totally different experience - he was concerned, sat and listened to me and gave me realistic expectations. read more

I took my 15 yr old daughter to this office for the first time because she was having ear pain and also muffled / decreased hearing in her left ear for a few days. We saw Dr. Scheiberhoffer. After looking in her ear he told us that there was some wax which he proceeded to irrigate with water and a large syringe looking instrument. He did not make any effort whatsoever to listen to her complaints of exactly how she felt. He was very non compassionate and didn't seem to listen either. He attributed the pain to "perhaps" the wax as well as TMJ. My daughter does not grind her teeth and after trying to tell him that he told us she probably did it in her sleep. He told her to continue to take ibuprofen for the pain and when we explained that she had been doing so for the past day or so & it didn't seem to be helping he said " you need to be taking it consistently for the next 3-4 days." I never knew that ibuprofen was a pain reliever that took days to work. We left that appointment with no clear answers and nothing at all to relieve her pain or indication of when to expect to feel better. While he was trying to abruptly leave the exam room we asked if it was okay to get water in the ear as we were going on vacation soon and she would be swimming in a pool and the ocean and he positively answered yes. That evening and all through the night into the next day she was in even more pain and discomfort than she had been. I knew this wasn't normal so I decided to make an appointment with another dr to try to get some answers and relief for her. I made an appointment with another dr. at a different office not affiliated with this one. Immediately upon examination of her ear he said that she had a bad outer ear infection. He gave my daughter prescriptions for an oral antibiotic as well as ear drops to take and warned her not to go swimming or get water in her ear for at least a week or two. Needless to say, upon taking the medication she started feeling better right away! I'm a 44 year old mom of three who has never had the time or felt the need to review anyone or anything online ever but this Dr. warranted it. Please save yourself the time and aggravation of going to see Dr. Scheiberhoffer for in my opinion he is incompetent. If he is unable to diagnose a simple ear infection, I can't imagine that he would be able to treat more serious conditions for which you would need to see a dr. in this field. read more

I recently had septoplasty surgery with a nasal bone spur and a neck mass removed. Dr. Scher was absolutely Amazing. He goes out of his way to answer all of your concerns and explains everything that will take place during and after surgery. He made me calm and confident that all would be fine, and it was. He calls you back and answers your questions.....No one does that!!!!! He is truly the best of the best and there isn't any other doctor that I would have complete confidence in for me or a family member in the future. The office staff is wonderful and his assistant Stacey is great. Dr. Scher gets my highest recommendation.!!! read more

I never received a bill (paid my copays at the time of each appointment and assumed my insurance paid the rest). To my great surprise I got a collection notice from The Levinebook Law Firm about an unpaid debt. Before referring patients to debt collection please try calling or emailing them first - you have my contact info. You've called me multiple times before to confirm an appointment, so I don't see why a courtesy call about an unpaid bill can't happen first before referring your patients to collection firms. I've been traveling this fall and winter and have my mail forwarded to another address, however I never received a bill from you. I did receive the Law firm's collection notice - so I know that the mail forwarding is working! After coming to your office for many appointments and paying you hundreds of dollars to get a collection notice for a small amount (under $75) feels wrong. I will never return to your office now. On the bright side, when I called The Levinebook Law Firm they were super courteous, took my payment, and assured me that I called just in the nick of time and they haven't yet sent any negative info to the credit agencies that monitor people's credit. read more

I was referred to this doctors office by Valley Health systems. I have since let them know to never refer people here again. The minute I walked in the door, I knew it would be a bad experience. I had an 8:30 appointment to which I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The receptionist, Jessica, was the rudest person I have encountered at an office in a long time. I went to fill out the forms on an IPad and during that time, Jessica received a phone call from what sounded like a patient. She loudly insulted this person on the phone in a condescending manner, even asking them at one point if they were hard of hearing since they didn't understand what she was saying. She asked to speak to the person's nurse and was rude to them as well, telling her to not let the patient call again. I was sitting in the waiting room and I was embarrassed for the person in the phone. After she hung up, Jessica proceeded to bad mouth the patient to the entire office staff and even stated some of their personal information outloud. I'm pretty sure that it a HIPPA violation. I finally brought the iPad back to her and she asked me for my referral. I told her I was referred by Valley Health system. She told me that I needed one from my insurance (which I don't) and told me that she wouldn't even try to bill them without it. I haven't even seen the doctor at this point! I finally was called back and I let the nurse know about Jessica. She told me that this wasn't the first complaint and that Jessica had been rude to her many time as well. She said she would mention it to her office manager. The doctor came in and looked at me for less then 5 minutes. I was there for TMJ and he didn't check my jaw at all. Instead he stuck a camera down my nose and throat. I asked him to stop because it hurt and he wouldn't. He then referred me to a tmj specialist in Clifton. Based on the other reviews here, this whole office seems sketchy and I wish I would have known that before. This lady Jessica is an embarrassment to the office and would be the last person that I would want to be around patients. What a horrible experience. read more

Agree with what some others mentioned below. Be careful if they try to look up your nose. I went because my ear had been popping on and off for about a month and I had a mild headache for the same period of time, but no serious pain and no other symptoms. The doctor looked in my ear and saw the pressure was fine. He then looked in my mouth and saw I grind my teeth and told me I have TMJ and that's causing my headache and ears to pop. However, he wanted to look in my nose "just to make sure everything is OK". Didn't mention it was surgery. Yes, there's a sign on the door that says that some insurance companies will consider an endoscopy surgery, but am I expected to know what "endoscopy" is when he never used that terminology when explaining what he was doing. I just thought it was looking in my nose with a flashlight. Ended up costing me $290 charge on top of my $25 copay. So, just beware. If they say they want to look in your nose, I'd suggest either checking with your insurance first or declining if you don't feel it's necessary. read more

On New Year's Eve 12/31/18 I had an appointment at 2:40pm. I was ten minutes late coming from work in the rain driving so can't use my phone, thinking I was gonna make it on time. I was told the doctor left after only ten minutes. Mind you I am a medical office manager and we would NEVER turn away a patient! My visit would only have been five minutes and the last doctor there wouldn't even see me given the situation. So now I have to suffer two days till they could give me a new appointment. Now I know medical office marketers rely a lot on reviews and that's why I want to make known my experience. Cause never have I had a medical office not call if a doctor was leaving in only ten mins of being late to make sure your not on your way! Very unprofessional.
