It is rare to encounter a provider who demonstrates the level of humility, patience, and compassion that she did. I truly felt heard throughout my appointment and never once felt rushed so that she could move on to the next patient. She was warm and personable, and she took the time to connect with me beyond the immediate reason for my visit. Dr. Ferin carefully walked me through everything, discussed multiple treatment options, and reassured me that I remained in control of my body and healthcare decisions. She created a genuinely safe and comfortable environment during what can be an incredibly vulnerable experience. I also had my blood drawn by Alexis, who was equally wonderful. Because I tend to feel faint during bloodwork, she talked me through the entire process and helped me feel at ease. She was personable, professional, and kind, and completed the blood draw quickly and painlessly without causing any irritation. I would highly recommend PureOBGYN to anyone in the area looking for attentive, compassionate care and a truly personalized experience.

They made great recommendations for me when we passed 40 weeks, then 41 weeks, with still no sign of the baby coming. During labor, which was surprising and fast, Jo stayed calm and grounded as she unwrapped the cord around the baby's neck and gave her immediate care she needed to take her first breaths. It might have been a terrifying situation for others, but Jo handled it with unreal expertise. I also had a difficult first few weeks postpartum, and I was deeply held and supported by both Jo and Jenna. I am so grateful that I chose Nettle. I truly believe that my birth experience would have been much worse had I worked with any provider besides Nettle.

We are forever grateful for Jo and Jenna's thoughtful and enthusiastic care and support. Every visit, phone call, text, etc was always particular and intimate to our own story while being backed by informed, professional advice and conversation. From billing support to postpartum visits in their new gorgeous office, Nettle made this process easy in a medical landscape that can often be so opaque and overwhelming. As a sporadic doula, I'm lucky enough to have been present at several births and they offer a level of care that I didn't know existed. We were fortunate to have an incredible home birth in our barely one bedroom apartment and throughout felt supported but empowered, nurtured but independent. From the first meeting we knew it was the only way, and they were there for us every step. Both pre and post natal care (not to mention labor and birth support) were approached with attentiveness, warmth, and joyful tenderness. I've carried their philosophy with me into parenthood and find myself asking WW(Jo/Jenna)D for decisions beyond the health of our baby girl and myself. Their sage advice and general outlook on all things birthing and beyond offer a lovely bedrock for this new phase. Briefly, we cannot recommend them highly enough. We love you Jo and Jenna and the whole Nettle crew!

My husband and I feel lucky we found Dr. Brennan through Googling, and after our very first meeting realized that the mode of care he and Jais provide--expert, personalized, unrushed, warm, attentive, responsive--is truly one-of-a-kind in this day and age. Throughout my pregnancy, I continued to marvel that if I ever had a question or needed help, I could reliably reach Dr. Brennan or Jais (also highly expert) quickly via phone. I never felt like I was bothering them with questions or concerns. There was never any portal message tag that you get at other offices--it was always a prompt call back. This responsiveness provided me and my husband with great peace of mind, and it frankly ended up feeling like a bragging point amongst our friends, none of whom have had similarly personalized experiences with their providers. It felt like a gift to know that Dr. Brennan, with whom we'd been building a relationship for many months, was the doctor who would reliably deliver our baby (not the case at big practices). Our baby was breech and needed to be delivered via planned C-Section, which I felt emotionally prepared for, thanks to Dr. Brennan and Jais. Dr. Brennan's office coordinated everything well with Lenox Hill Hospital, which, by the way, was fantastic as well. The morning of delivery, when nerves are naturally high, Dr. Brennan's characteristic calm, kind, and witty demeanor was such a balm. Our baby was born beautiful and healthy six weeks ago, and my recovery has been smooth so far. I couldn't recommend Dr. Brennan more enthusiastically for the right family (those who want a highly personalized and un-rushed experience from an experienced physician). Thank you, Dr. Brennan and Jais!

I've been a patient at Trust Women's Health for about 4 years, and my recent visit changed how I…read moreview and feel about this facility. On May 4th I arrived 17 minutes late to my appointment after taking two buses to get to their office. When I arrived I was told I would need to reschedule due to a late policy. I had not been made aware of this policy beforehand, and it does not appear to be clearly communicated anywhere. The front desk staff members were dismissive and unhelpful. I felt I was being denied care because I arrived 2 minutes after their grace period, a policy I wasn't aware of. Because I am on daily medication and needed a refill I insisted in asking for an exception so I could still be seen. The staff member in charge avoided interacting with me but I was eventually seen. During intake, I was told I was "too early" for my annual exam, which was confusing because I have never had that issue before. I was then told I was not due until later in the month, which added to the confusion and was not clearly explained. When I saw Dr. Peggy, I was told there may be a billing issue and uncertainty about insurance coverage. Later, I contacted my insurance provider and was informed that they cover preventive care without restrictions, which made the explanation I received feel inconsistent. Looking back I don't think she wanted to see me and used a possible billing issue to get me out of her office. Plus they took my vitals while I was very upset and changed my medication because of it, then blamed my medication for my blood pressure being high. I was told I wouldn't have symptoms of pain related to my condition by with the new medication. But after a week I stated experiencing symptoms related to my condition. I've been maintaining my condition and was on the same medication for 16 years with no problem or side effects before this. When I reached out for guidance, I was brushed off. I eventually spoke with Dr. Peggy but did not feel my concerns were fully heard or understood. Dr. Peggy did not feel my symptoms were gyn related and thought it might be something else. When I explained to her these are the symptoms related to my condition she didn't listen. I was in a lot of pain that was only getting worse and her response was to give me pain medication and go to the emergency to find out why. She asked me "what do you want me to do?" In a frustrated tone and told me my symptoms weren't related. This was very scary for me and traumatizing. I ended up consulting my previous OBGYN doctor who got me back on my medication immediately and scheduled my annual pap exam that Dr. Peggy did not want to perform early May. What Dr. Peggy failed to realize is that I've already undergone extensive medical exams and surgery that lead to a diagnosis and treatment plan to manage the condition. Overall, the experience I had this time around was very much "mean girl" energy. I felt dismissed at multiple points in a way I had never experienced here before or anywhere rather. I've brought up several concerns on two occasions in May and she either made excuses or didn't address it. I originally choose this clinic because of a tiktok review and I loved the care, professionalism, and respect I felt from Dr. Peggy 4 years ago. This recent experience did not reflect that same level of attentiveness I've experienced over the years. Trust Women's Health in 2026 is now a place that lacks of professionalism, staff has limited professional experience, lack of effective communication, lack of professional care and bed side manners. I started coming here when Dr. Peggy was part-time and only available in the evening, now her business has grown and they are fully booked and have no time, no patience, and no tolerance for things that may inconvenience them. I have other doctors who are fully booked and do not move in the same manner and are able to retain staff members. I am greatly disappointed with my experience. I noticed someone else posted a poor review around the same time as my visit, which indicates that my experience wasn't unique.
