She's unbelievably intelligent and obedient; while some of that is environmental, a lot of it clearly comes down to good breeding. Charles is excellent at what he does, and it shows in the quality and disposition of his puppies. The not-so-good: As other reviewers have mentioned, communication around timing can be a bit inconsistent. I completely understand that traffic and unexpected events happen, which is why I scheduled pickup specifically to accommodate his preferred timeframe. Despite knowing I had an evening commitment, he arrived more than 4 hours after the agreed-upon pickup time. A simple heads-up would have made a huge difference so we weren't left waiting around for so long, especially when we ourselves had to make a 1.5 hour long commute to meet him. Final thoughts: Charles truly seems like a wonderful person; I think very highly of him and his work. The only area that leaves something to be desired is punctuality, but otherwise he's fantastic. I would 1,000,000% recommend him!

An additional level of assurance is their health guarantee of no genetic health issues within the first year of the dog's life. Kelly, the owner of Riverdoodles, is great with her communication. She is very good about keeping everyone updated about their soon to be puppies, as well as providing information to help make the puppies transition to their new homes smooth. It's clear that she cares for all her dogs, and take great care of them. We were fortunate to take home a mini multigen goldendoodle who we named Kirby. We couldn't have asked for a better dog. His first visit to the vet, the doctor told us he's in perfect health and will be very easy to train. She was certainly right! Kirby only had accidents in our house the first few days with us, then he immediately knew to only go in our backyard. He's brought us so much joy, and we would highly recommend Kelly and Riverdoodles to anyone looking for a goldendoodle (ps. they also have bernedoodles).

You can tell she genuinely cares about her dogs, and wants the best for them, even after they go to their new homes. It is wonderful to work with someone who doesn't just try to sell you a puppy but really cares and is there every step of the way. As a first-time puppy owner, she has helped me a lot. I feel I have saved a lot of money and stress by reaching out to her first for guidance before running straight to the vet. I've reached out to her numerous times in the month since I've had my puppy and she has responded immediately and gave me guidance and any advice I need. My puppy came home already crate trained and potty trained. He knew some basic commands. He is such a well-behaved, loving little pup, you can tell he was raised with so much care, love, and attention. Not only was Margie incredibly helpful when I first got my puppy but she has been great for hosting my pup when I travel. I know my dog is safe and happy when he's with Margie and her family. Highly recommend her!

Choosing Marti was easily the best choice I could have ever made and I am forever a client of Marti's. I will never look elsewhere when adopting my next Havanese (or a breed that isn't a Havanese, for that matter). I adopted Cookie, formally Cartier, from the "C" litter. From our first phone call in Fall 2024, Marti was attentive to the details of my life and what kind of puppy temperament would be best fit for my lifestyle. She is kind, SO communicative, and the most detail-oriented, loving, and caring person/breeder. Seeing how loved these puppies are far before they are even born was constant reassurance that I made the best choice. I would receive multiple texts/pictures/videos a day when Cookie was born. So anxious and excited to get my puppy, Marti answered all of my questions and was always so reassuring and kind. Cookie came to me loving her crate (this was a game changer), being exposed to so many sights and sounds (her groomer says she is better behaved than adult dogs she's been grooming for years ), and is the epitome of a perfect puppy and I truly owe it all to Marti because she set Cookie (and the rest of her litter) up for complete success. Everyone in my life is so surprised when they hear how young Cookie is because she is truly so well behaved, has a great sense of independence, and loves to just hang with our crew. Thank you to Marti and Gracie for loving these puppies with your whole heart. You both feel like family and I cannot express my gratitude for how you raised little Cookie.

We've had him since he was a puppy - his mom was rescued by Lange and was pregnant. Last week, we adopted 3 year old Tobey (black terrier). The application process was completely easy. The staff reached out right away for a meet and greet. They were super accommodating when I wanted to come in a day early. They answered all the questions we had regarding Tobey and let us know of any treatments he's currently in. After the meet and greet, we knew that we wanted to bring Tobey home. Sure enough, we came back the next day with Tobey. Bruno and Tobey are still getting used to each other, but I'd say that Tobey feels right at home. If we were to adopt another dog, this is the first place we'll go to.

I then started using him for boarding and training while we went out of town. The first time I dropped off Koa, I was happy--kind of. He said she had diarrhea and that she had worms. I took her to the vet, and she had no worms. I was surprised he even said that because she gets flea prevention that includes deworming, and she didn't have diarrhea prior to drop‑off. The second time we dropped her off, we left her with probiotics as recommended by her vet because she gets stressed when she's there. That time, there were no problems. The third time she stayed there, it seemed like Dave had new staff members. No one seemed to know I was dropping her off. I told them that she cannot eat food that they leave out all day because she gets diarrhea. Later, I got a text from Dave saying she had diarrhea again and that she had worms. I tried explaining to Dave that she did not and that I had already spoken to the staff. I had also given the staff her food. When we went to pick her up at the scheduled time, they made my husband wait almost an hour because they wanted to give her a bath, which was not discussed prior to pick‑up. They also confused her with another dog on their Instagram, which made me think that maybe she never had diarrhea and that it might have been another dog. No more. I feel like Dave has taken on too many clients, and this is no longer working. Sorry, Dave, but you are no longer trustworthy. I did, in fact, leave my dog with another trainer while we went on vacation, and she didn't have diarrhea. Amazing.
