I had a great experience and felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. I saw the negative reviews and was nervous, but don't let the experience of others dictate whether you move forward with this agency. Just know the owner and volunteers were genuinely dog centered during my interactions. I could truly see how much they cared and how dedicated they were to ensuring these dogs get placed in successful adoptions. If they have a dog you're interested in, I'd recommend contacting them and you will have nothing but the smoothest, prompt, and compassionate interaction you could hope for; being that your intentions for dog ownership are pure. When I asked whether they knew if the puppy might have Husky in its lineage because one eye was blue, a simple "We don't know" would have been perfectly acceptable. The love they show, and the caring they provide, to these little misplaced, ignored, neglected, and forgotten bundles of fur is incredible.
