I should also mention that I am celiac and called before I went in and they seemed fairly knowledgeable about what was gluten-free and what was not. They also had gluten-free soy sauce for me. We also got the tuna tartare, which was mostly avocado and chunkier than expected. I would skip this dish. For my entree, I had the Tiger roll. It was a generous portion and loaded with fish. It tasted pretty fresh and the combo on flavors worked for me. It was about when I was done with my roll, when I overheard that there was an all-you-can-eat option. After waiting 15 minutes, we were told they were only running about 10 minutes behind. Throughout the wait, all we heard from the staff was, "Thank you for your patience." Once we were finally seated, we noticed that most of the dining room was still waiting on food, with tables looking around and only drinks in front of them. At that point, we decided not to take the risk of having to wait forever for our food as well. We were starving, so for the first time in my life, I walked out of a restaurant to go to another. I don't know what has happened to Downtown Grill, but it has really gone downhill. It was a disappointing way to celebrate what should have been a special evening.
