I received verification of the date and time of my appointment. The following day, I received a voicemail from a different phone number saying that they were calling to verify my appointment. I don't have much positive to say about the representative who scheduled my appointment. His name was Santiago, and unfortunately the information he gave me was inaccurate. I made it very clear, two days before and again a week prior, how my cat behaves and specifically asked if they handle cats like mine. Not the best first experience grooming my puppy with this company. I look at my poor baby's face and i'm just disappointed. $75 for a 10 pound puppy, who didn't even need his nails trimmed because my vet trims them. It was my first time getting my 4 month old puppy trimmed around the face and bathed. The driver was 1 hour late, i had to text her twice to confirm if they were still coming. I texted in morning around 8:00am confirming what time they would arrive and they said "ETA 9:00am" and no reponse 5 minutes before 10:00am. I was told the driver had technical difficulties with the van, which is fine but at least let me know? i was waiting around for an hour thinking they weren't showing up. When the driver arrived she didn't even apologize to me. The van was a mercedes benz too so it made me question the "technical difficulties" I asked the drive if she could consider trimming the hairs a little bit and not just the face alone since they weren't cutting the nails in the package i paid for and she said no. So many people have mentioned to me that $70 is a lot for a 10 pound, 4 month old puppy.. i wish i would have listened. I asked her how long everything would take and she said 1 hour. My dog was done in less than 40 mins. I felt like it was rushed. When she brought him to me it was so hard for me not to show dispointment on my face... the hairs were all cut uneven and my dog looks so weird on his face... i was so excited for him to have his first bath/trim and this experience just ruined it for me. There's long pieces and short pieces even on the feet... Please save your money and find a company more experienced with trims. I even messaged them on instagram to share my experience and all they could tell me was sorry. I would have at least liked half my money back so I can get his face trimming fixed elsewhere. The groomer came to do a puppy cut on our Maltese, she took him from my wife and immediately says he had mats. She said he needed to be shaved. Thinking she would trim him at least a decent length on the body she agreed even though there were very few spots that could be cut out. It seemed she was in a hurry and didn't want to take the time to do it right and instead wanted to do it quick and leave. When she brought him in she completely shaved everything except the tip of his tail.... this includes his face and ears and cut his skin in multiple spots causing bleeding. Then she informed me that the charge was $70, FOR A SHAVE!!!) This is more then a puppy cut for less work, this makes no sense. The reason for the 1 star is due to the customer service (should be 0 stars). I called 8 times in 3 weeks and was told 4 times a supervisor or the owner would contact us. Not 1 call from any type of leadership and just the run around every time I called. One individual stated they had a resolution and they would call me by the end of the day, the next day I called and they said they didn't know anything about what I was talking about!!! The bottom line is you should not use this company, we used them a few times and all was good. So I took a chance and tried to get my dog Bella groomed from Miami Mobile Pet Grooming and I must say it was a horrible experience. The groomer seemed like he never did the job before he was nervous and scared. Yes Bella is a big dog but she is such a scary dog she run from the tiniest dogs in our community. I asked the guy before he touched her was this is first gig and he said no so I took him at his word. When the grooming was over and I went to the van to pick her up and noticed her fur. I was instantly upset because I told them to not shave her fur seeing that her fur sticks to her skin and she is not hairy. I asked them to trim her nicely like the back of her (before her tail) and this is what they did. The original price was 160 because she weigh more than 70 pounds and because of her breed. So I called them and explained to them the situation and how unsatisfied I was with her grooming and they still had me pay 100 dollars. Not to mention she was scheduled for a full grooming nails included the groomer didn't even do her nails smh. They deducted the 60 dollars but this is ridiculous. Bella has never looked this horrible. I just cant wait for her fur to grow back. My dog is a ambassador for a dog company I definitely can not post her under these conditions. I am livid! This was my first and last time booking with them. I strongly do not recommend grooming with these company if you have a large dog. Do anyone know a grooming company that caters to large dogs like my Bella so I can book them in the near future? Has anyone else had a bad experience with Miami Mobile Dog Grooming? I had scheduled an appt for Wednesday, on Monday they called me and said they weren't able to accommodate so they switched it to Friday. I just received a call from one of the representatives to reschedule my appt for the second time. She was rude and unapologetic and told me I was yelling when I had not even raised my voice. I only expressed my frustration that this was the second time this was happening. She should not be the one communicating with customers. She will be the reason you lose customers. When I texted the number to cancel the appt because there are plenty of groomers in south Florida she told me to find another groomer that will support rude people like me. My dog received a grooming on Wednesday May 3. Over the weekend, he started getting these scabs and open wounds. He was itching and licking his body. We suspect this is mange. My dog never interacts with other dogs and this has never been an issue before. With the timing, I can't imagine this is anything other than Miami's Pet Grooming. They groomed my 6 lb dog on Friday 8/21/2020 and MY DOG ALMOST DIED DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE The groomer CUT MY DOG (deep hole) while grooming him and USED a glob of SUPERGLUE to "fix" the CUT. i wish I looked at the reviews before booking and paying $120. I had originally booked on Tuesday at 3 PM and It was super last minute so I understand we had to reschedule. We rescheduled for Thursday May 9 at 9 am, finally it was Thursday at 9 and no one was here I waited 10 minutes to give them a call to which they informed me the appointment was between 9-11 which was never communicated so I had to cancel my plans to wait until they came no ETA or anything. They finally arrived 10 mins before 11am everything was fine it was less than 45mins when they finish my cat and I was completely disappointed her hair was uneven very blotchy and I payed $120 for something a 10 year old could do. He was very rude and indifferent from the very first sight, but I didn't realize to what extend!! He picked up my little doggie and went somewhere to groom her, after 50 mins I got a call from their management that groomer said that my dog's hair was too tangled to have a haircut and he would have to shave it all off. I have been coming to this pet groomers for 2 years and I've never had a problem until today. My golden doodle is 25lbs, this new groomer - I believe her name is Amaryllis or something similar. She charged me $95 because according to her he was full of knots before she even touched the dog. I made sure to brush him before, reassuring that he had little to no knots. I've always been charged $75. After being charged more than what I usually pay, I had to trim my dogs hair around the mouth and noticed that he was also cut on his private parts.
