Not the best first experience grooming my puppy with this company. I look at my poor baby's face and i'm just disappointed. $75 for a 10 pound puppy, who didn't even need his nails trimmed because my vet trims them. It was my first time getting my 4 month old puppy trimmed around the face and bathed. The driver was 1 hour late, i had to text her twice to confirm if they were still coming. I texted in morning around 8:00am confirming what time they would arrive and they said "ETA 9:00am" and no reponse 5 minutes before 10:00am. I was told the driver had technical difficulties with the van, which is fine but at least let me know? i was waiting around for an hour thinking they weren't showing up. When the driver arrived she didn't even apologize to me. The van was a mercedes benz too so it made me question the "technical difficulties" I asked the drive if she could consider trimming the hairs a little bit and not just the face alone since they weren't cutting the nails in the package i paid for and she said no. So many people have mentioned to me that $70 is a lot for a 10 pound, 4 month old puppy.. i wish i would have listened. I asked her how long everything would take and she said 1 hour. My dog was done in less than 40 mins. I felt like it was rushed. When she brought him to me it was so hard for me not to show dispointment on my face... the hairs were all cut uneven and my dog looks so weird on his face... i was so excited for him to have his first bath/trim and this experience just ruined it for me. There's long pieces and short pieces even on the feet... Please save your money and find a company more experienced with trims. I even messaged them on instagram to share my experience and all they could tell me was sorry. I would have at least liked half my money back so I can get his face trimming fixed elsewhere. Not to mention my dog was acting very weird and tired all day.

So I took a chance and tried to get my dog Bella groomed from Miami Mobile Pet Grooming and I must say it was a horrible experience. The groomer seemed like he never did the job before he was nervous and scared. Yes Bella is a big dog but she is such a scary dog she run from the tiniest dogs in our community. I asked the guy before he touched her was this is first gig and he said no so I took him at his word. When the grooming was over and I went to the van to pick her up and noticed her fur. I was instantly upset because I told them to not shave her fur seeing that her fur sticks to her skin and she is not hairy. I asked them to trim her nicely like the back of her (before her tail) and this is what they did. The original price was 160 because she weigh more than 70 pounds and because of her breed. So I called them and explained to them the situation and how unsatisfied I was with her grooming and they still had me pay 100 dollars. Not to mention she was scheduled for a full grooming nails included the groomer didn't even do her nails smh. They deducted the 60 dollars but this is ridiculous. Bella has never looked this horrible. I just cant wait for her fur to grow back. My dog is a ambassador for a dog company I definitely can not post her under these conditions. I am livid! This was my first and last time booking with them. I strongly do not recommend grooming with these company if you have a large dog. Do anyone know a grooming company that caters to large dogs like my Bella so I can book them in the near future? Has anyone else had a bad experience with Miami Mobile Dog Grooming? The groomer came to do a puppy cut on our Maltese, she took him from my wife and immediately says he had mats. She said he needed to be shaved. Thinking she would trim him at least a decent length on the body she agreed even though there were very few spots that could be cut out. It seemed she was in a hurry and didn't want to take the time to do it right and instead wanted to do it quick and leave. When she brought him in she completely shaved everything except the tip of his tail.... this includes his face and ears and cut his skin in multiple spots causing bleeding. Then she informed me that the charge was $70, FOR A SHAVE!!!) This is more then a puppy cut for less work, this makes no sense. The reason for the 1 star is due to the customer service (should be 0 stars). I called 8 times in 3 weeks and was told 4 times a supervisor or the owner would contact us. Not 1 call from any type of leadership and just the run around every time I called. One individual stated they had a resolution and they would call me by the end of the day, the next day I called and they said they didn't know anything about what I was talking about!!! The bottom line is you should not use this company, we used them a few times and all was good. You just never know what groomer you're going to get and if something happens they will not make it right or even discuss the situation with you!!!

Worse service ever! I've use them for a few months abs they are always late. Today they came to cut my schnauzer, I they left her looking like a fox! The cut her skirt, her eyebrows and her mustache beside being extra short is longer on 1 side! I don't recommend this place!

My dog received a grooming on Wednesday May 3. Over the weekend, he started getting these scabs and open wounds. He was itching and licking his body. We suspect this is mange. My dog never interacts with other dogs and this has never been an issue before. With the timing, I can't imagine this is anything other than Miami's Pet Grooming. I don't think they sufficiently clean their grooming vans. I paid nearly $300 for his grooming and teeth cleaning, and the service was good, but this is absolutely terrible. Now I will be bathing my dog with medicated shampoo for a month. BUYER BEWARE.

Please BEWARE of the business! READ all the REVIEWS and go through the PICTURES before booking their services. As someone said below, they treat your dog like shit. We booked the services of this company to bathe and give my sister's king Charles spaniel a haircut, and not only did they provide a terrible haircut, but her dog also had cuts and nicks in several places. In addition, they take no accountability or responsibility and avoid your calls when you call them out. The owner has no business running a business if he can't confront customers' complaints or his employees' mistakes. What kind of leadership is that? What does the owner/manager hides when customers have complaints? No wonder you keep seeing these bad reviews. The owner does nothing to the employees; therefore, they keep making the same mistakes. Bad leadership, terrible service, and employees, but again the employees result from a lack of leadership. It is heartbreaking to see the pictures of what this crap grooming service has done to other dogs. Please do yourself and your dog a favor and book another company for your dog grooming needs.

Superglue to close the wound on my 6lb dog

They groomed my 6 lb dog on Friday 8/21/2020 and MY DOG ALMOST DIED DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE The groomer CUT MY DOG (deep hole) while grooming him and USED a glob of SUPERGLUE to "fix" the CUT. When I pointed it out, the groomer said it was nothing and TOLD ME NOT TO TAKE HIM TO THE VET. Thankfully I did not listen to him. I took my dog to the pet hospital and they discovered the SUPERGLUE, removed it and had to clean and reseal the wound. The vet said had I not taken my dog in, he would have DIED FROM INFECTION. everything in my review is documented and I HAVE PROOF from my veterinarian for everything I have written here. The owners response was simply to refund my money. No assurances were made that this groomer would be fired. This is ANIMAL Abuse!!!! I understand accidents happen but to cover up and deny it is disgusting BEWARE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS TO THIS COMPANY!!!

I always wanted to get my Nina's teeth cleaned, but couldn't understand paying $160 or more and having her anesthetized. So here is where Miami Pet Grooming comes into play. I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical at first. Made my appointment and meet the vet that came to my house to clean her teeth. He was well educated in explaining how the anesthesia free process would work. He was very good with Nina and let her sniff him up first so she would feel comfortable. About an hour later he was calling me to go outside to the mobile van to see Nina's teeth. Very happy with the process and not having to pay $160 to get her teeth cleaned.

I was with them for over three years last month they messed up my yorkie's haircut I sent them pictures. And asked them to provided me a discount for the next grooming which I believe it's fair The manger or owner is very unprofessional he does not want to Service me any longer I'm shock that they can be so low they don't care about their customers

We've boarded our beloved family dog at SOMI Pet Resort many times--and we've always tipped generously ($20+) and trusted them with our furry family member. But this time, they broke our trust in the most heartbreaking way. After returning from a week-long vacation, we were overjoyed to reunite with our pup--until they suddenly TOOK HIM BACK from us! Why? They claimed our card payment was declined... despite the $880 charge clearly showing as processed on our phone (+ 15% TIP). They refused to even look at the confirmation and offered zero options or courtesy before heartlessly whisking our dog away to a kennel like a piece of luggage. This was not just poor customer service--this was cruel and unethical. No effort to resolve the issue. No request for another form of payment. No humanity. Just swoosh--your dog is ours until THEY prove you paid. Key point here is the THEY have to prove that you paid - not YOU need to prove. Never again. Took our dog away from us and held him hostage for payment - beware of this establishment…read more We've been taking our dog here for years. We always tip generously. Went to pick puppy up this weekend after a week-long stay. $880 plus a $125 tip. Super expensive, but we always thought it was money well spent because our dog is like a child to us. Anyway, card gets processed by bank but shows declined at resort. Weird, but I can see why as it was almost $1k. Long story short, as soon as the card gets declined they take my dog and lock him up in a secret room where I can't see him. I'm like, where did he go? Instant response was you can't have the dog until payment goes through. This despite paying thousands of dollars in fees and tips over the past several years. We were instantly treated as degenerates. Did not matter that my bank showed it processed on my phone. I mean, I don't carry $1k in cash on me, so it felt like they were going to keep the dog until I could find the cash. They could not care less. 100% about the money and absolutely no bedside manner. Was very hurtful seeing my dog taken away from me. We loved this place. So sad we got treated this way. To address response by "Sam": 1. One (not multiple) card attempt was declined. My bank now shows that I paid your company twice. We have not been refunded for overpayment. 2. Our dog was removed from my possession for one reason - to secure payment. It was a snap reaction by your staff to the card being declined. 3. Manager did not attempt resolution - he just explained it was your policy to keep the dog. That's not a resolution, that is heavy-handed business. 4. A manager called us once and, like a judge, said he would need to hear both sides to determine who was at fault. Since then he sent a text admitting SOMI was at fault. Please do not try to sugarcoat this - you did wrong and need to own it.

I spoke with Josie who is very personable and sweet. When I asked if I could come by to see her…read morefacilities she told me that she is not doing tours... She gave me a rate of $50.00 per kitty even though they were going to be boarded together. That's a $100.00 a day. I sent her all the medical information along with her form completed along with pictures of my kitties. She gave me three choices to pay for the deposit.... Cash, check or cashier's check was $400, Zelle was $404.00 and if you paid with a credit card higher due to the fees. I sent her an email to ask why there was an additional $4.00 for a Zelle payment when Zelle and most banks and credit unions do not charge fees. I sent out the email on Sunday and have not heard back. In the meantime I found another A Country Cat House located near Tampa that is owned by the brother, I asked about company policy regarding customers being able to come and visit the facility and was told they always allow customers to come and visit. Because most people like to see where they are boarding their babies. I told her what Josie's policy was and she said they do things a bit different. I then asked her about their pricing and was told that if you board two kitties with them, they place them in connecting kennels for $60.00 a day.... Not $60 for each cat, they charge for the kennel size.... I was astonished.. Needless to say they will have a new customer once we finally move up there, however I am going to pass on Josie's. Only because with all the research that I have done, when a business does not allow you to check their facilities out, that is a red flag, so that and her pricing is why I will be looking elsewhere. Josie did reach out to me and explained to me why she hadn't been able to get back to me. Josie also explained that she would allow me to come and check out her facilities and try to work with me on pricing. Her reviews are exceptional except for the few incidents that were not favorable which we discussed and I was satisfied with her responses. I am still not quite convinced she will be in my budget. But I do appreciate that she cared enough to reach out to me.
