Excellent service! I would recommend this company for vent cleaning because Dan was punctual, did quality work, and charged very reasonably. He also cleaned up after working so the area was spotless. I used my dryer as soon as he left and it worked much better than before. Dan was very friendly and very honest. It's hard to find good, reliable workers now a days and he is one. Don't keep on looking anywhere else - call him. He will actually pick up the phone and talk to you! Great service! read more

Called him to to clean out our lint vent. Dave is a very professional and knowledgeable. I would really recommend his services .

I wanted my dryer vent cleaned after a coworkers house caught fire due to vent lint catching fire. Dan came out same day. He explained what he would do and also gave me some tips about safely running my gas dryer. Easy, fast and efficient service. Highly recommend! read more

He came when he said he would, very knowledgeable, cleaned out 5+ years of lint from my dryer vent without making me feel like an idiot for not cleaning the vent until now. I can now relax knowing my house won't go up in flames because of the dryer for a while. And drying clothes takes half the time it used to. read more

Our dryer was taking an hour to dry clothes and a lot of water was leaking from the exhaust hose. We recently had to replace the heating element too. Based on Yelp reviews, I called Dan and he was able to come out promptly to take care of the problem. Dan arrived on time. Excellent friendly service and took the time to explain things. I would highly recommend him! read more

Needed cleaning of my dryer vent. Cloths were taking 2-3 cycles to dry. Called a few places around and they quote me between $40-145. The cheaper ones were too busy to accommodate me the same day. Googled and Yelped the reviews of Miami Vent Pros, and all reviews were awesome. Called Dan, he was very polite, explained the process and what the problem might be, and he even scheduled me for the same day at the last appointment of the day! He brought everything, moved the dryer, and showed me the lint and pet hair right the beginning of the vent. He even went to the attic to check the duct and unclogged it and open it for more air flow. He even checked my ac vents/ducts because i was having problems in one room. He went above and beyond! Very professional, friendly and knew what he was doing, and instructed me. Would recommend to everyone! read more

We had just gotten gotten a new washer and dyer two months and our dryer detected a blockage. I was referred to Miami Vent Pro's by my appliance repair company. I called and told Dan what the problem was and how soon could he come. He was able to come out and and it two hours found the problem. My builder Lenar left a metal grate over the dryer vent on the roof. that should have been removed before I bought the place. I have been leaving here for 6 years. You should have seen all the lint that has built up. Now that Dan from Miami Vent Pro's came out and fixed the problem we now know who to call if our dryer vent gets clogged. Thank you Dan read more

Ok, the previous reviews pretty much spell it out To keep it short and sweet: Dan did what he said he was gonna do, when he said he was gonna do it and at the price quoted. With a guarantee and a followup. In other words, this was the best experience I've had with a service professional in Miami. read more

Didn't go into the attic as requested. The dryer stopped drying well within a month or so. Contacted the business and never heard back.

Having our dryer vents cleaned cut the amount of time to dry a load of laundry in half! The service actually pays for itself after saving a few month's on the electric bill. Excellent service, arrived on-time, and reasonably priced. Very courteous, professional, left everything very clean, and just did an excellent job! Would highly recommend AAA+++ read more

My dryer vent was clogged and it was located in a very tough place in the attic/roof. I called Dan and he came out the next day. He showed up right on time and explained every step. He went over and beyond to take care of the problem we were having. These guys did an outstanding job and highly recommend them. They are fair, trustworthy and honest. Dan was awesome. I was having issues with having to put the dryer for 2 or 3 cycles to dry one load. Dan answered all my questions and was so nice. Was able to get me an appointment the next day and arrived right on time. Was done in 30 minutes. Dryer is working great now. I tried going with someone cheaper before and it turned out being a waste of money. They didn't unclog anything. Dan was very thorough. I regret going the cheaper route in the first place. Dan lived up to all the great reviews on here. Highly recommend him and his team. read more

I would recommend this company for dryer vent cleaning because of their quality of work and professionalism. In the wake of COVID-19, Dan came to my home prepared with the appropriate protection to do the job. He also cleaned up after himself. I found Dan to be honest and would definitely call this company again. read more

Dan Hourihan was right on time (Very un Miami) with clean uniforms, lots of smiles and super on target of what the dry vent problem was. One hour all fixed, and he was in his truck on to the next job. He left our home spotless clean. Even our poodle who does not like anyone liked him ! Wish there was a 6 star rating, Miami Vent Pros would have received it from us. Thanks Dan. read more

Had the service tech come out and clean out our dryer. Before we had to dry a normal load 2-3 times. Now the dryer will dry a full load on the first cycle. Our house had a difficult vent to clean and the tech seemed determine to get the job done on the first try. They told me some only require 30 minutes, but our vent took almost one and a half hours and we were still charged the quoted rate. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys! read more

Dan and his assistant came to clean the dryer ducts at my house. They did a great job. Not only were they honest and fare. They provided me info on how often the ducts and vents should be cleaned. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

That cleaned the vent but failed to tuck the washer and dryer unit flush into the cabinet. I was able to tuck it in and I'm a girl and did it all by myself. read more

This company was recommended to me by my appliance repair company and they were extremely efficient, professional, and honest. Service tech was very accommodating to my work schedule and did a terrific job of cleaning and repairing my dryer vent. He was great to deal with and was extremely neat in doing the job and cleaning up afterward, which I appreciated very much. I have peace of mind now that my dryer is functioning safely and would highly recommend this company to anyone who has any type of dryer vent issue. Liz M. read more

Dan was able to check the dryer in my mom's house within an hour of calling him. The duct needed cleaning. He was very professional and courteous ! He fixed some other little issues he found along the way and explained it all to the detail! I would very, very highly recommend him. read more

My dryer started taking forever to dry a load of laundry many months back. I actually waited until now to have someone come out to clean the dryer vent because I knew about the sketchy reputation of most dryer-vent-cleaning companies and just didn't want to deal. When I saw the reviews for Miami Vent Pros on here, I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did because Dan did a great job. He arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. He charged me the price quoted despite the job taking longer than expected (because my dryer was wedged so tightly into a closet that it was nearly impossible to get out), and he vacuumed thoroughly afterwards and left no trace of lint anywhere in my house. Most importantly, my dryer is now drying a load of laundry in a normal amount of time, so I don't have to use a drying rack anymore and don't need to worry about my house catching on fire if I risk drying a load of laundry in the dryer. A great experience and I'll definitely use Miami Vent Pros again the next time I need it. read more

Great experience with this company. Got an appointment quickly and Dan and his technician arrived a couple minutes early! We have 2 dryers. One was an easy fix, and it's working better than it ever has. The other dryer had lint everywhere when he opened it up, due to a broken piece inside the machine. He recommended a repair person to come fix the part, since it is a gas dryer he didn't want to risk doing it wrong. Super honest and super job. Thank you! read more

This is hands down the best vent company around. I live in Maryland but have a rental property in Miami. Dan was absolutely amazing and efficient. He figured out the problem immediately and took care of it. He is very trustworthy and fair. Just speaking to him on the phone I knew I was being well taken care of. His pricing was reasonable and my tenant was sooo thrilled with how pleasant he was. He explained everything to me and kept Me in the loop. Definitely don't look any further!!! He's the best. I have nothing but positive things to say... Professional service ! We had thought it was going to be a simple cleaning but it turned out to be more complicated. Dan and his crew quickly resolved the problem ! Thanks Dan for awesome service !!! Very kind and professional !!! read more

Our dryer recently broke and since we purchased a new one, we thought it would be a good time to clean the vent. Our house is over 20 years old and we figured that it had never had a thorough cleaning before. We had cleaned what we could reach on occasion, but the entire length of the vent had never been addressed. I called Dan on a Sunday with the intention of leaving a message; I was shocked when he answered the phone. He was very polite and informative and we set up a mid afternoon appointment for a few days later. He arrived early for the appointment and a did a terrific job. He even took the time to give me a few pointers for preventative maintenance and showed me the built up lint he had removed. Dan has a great personality; he is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and has a great sense of humor. I am from up north and he operates his business like people do where I come from!! We highly recommend him for this service and will certainly be calling him in two years to have it done again. I can rest easy now and not worry that our house will go up in flames because of a blocked vent. read more

I called Dan from Miami Vent Pros based on the reviews. I am so happy I did! Dan is extremely professional and competent (a rarity in Miami). He came on time, removed a LOT of lint from my vent (a huge fire hazard), explained the process to us, was very friendly and polite. He even vaccumed our backyard, which was full of lint from the clogged vent. Not only I recommend Miami Vent Pros but I urge you to contact them ASAP and get your dryer vents cleaned so not only your dryer will work better but you will prevent possible fires. read more
