When we realized that we wouldn't be able to make the dives, the shop (I believe it might have been Trish?) was speedy and professional in helping us understand options. When we had to officially cancel, they were professional and helpful in getting us a refund without hassle. Truly, we are grateful for their help and courtesy. Next time I'm in Miami, I am definitely coming back to give them by business!

I've only used this shop twice to fill my tanks. I have had to go back each time because the first…read moretime they didn't fill my tanks properly. Sent me back with about 3200 PSI in my HP100 tanks. The second time around I asked for 32% nitrox. I checked them at the store with their analyzer and they gave me 34% and 41%. When I questioned them about it they said their analyzer was broken but they were certain the tanks were filled properly with 32%. I checked them at home with my analyzer and they gave me 34% and 41%. So far I cannot say anything good about this shop.

I felt very comfortable that he gave us the training we needed to dive competently and safely. I bought some gear in advance of the course and discovered that the on-line research, no matter how exhaustive, is not a replacement for actually trying out the gear. Masks I bought for one of my sons & I were uncomfortable. The staff at Grove Scuba helped us find replacements that we're really pleased with. Our experience was very satisfying and we will be back!

The day before our appointment, he figured out we didn't have all the parts we needed, and even helped track down the parts (that's not even his job!). Time it right and you will see the sunset. The Captain and crew are awesome and will give you great info. This is definitely something you want to do in Miami! Adult tickets, age 12+ are $45 and kids 3-11 are $35. Parking can be found at Bayside Marketplace Garage. Check Groupon for specials. You can show up and board fairly quickly. While it's not your traditional beach, it certainly got the job done for me ‍ I honestly loved the lake like feel. The fact that there were small fishes grazing along the surf and the muddy like sand upon reaching the water (which definitely smoothed away some calluses while I swam)! It truly is a great beach for families with kids, something I learned there while entertaining a whole bunch of kiddos with my hula hoop (which I, personally, didn't mind since I love kids but wanted to give a heads up for anyone that's looking for something more kid free). Once the sun began to set, I grabbed some wine from the beach's restaurant. The wine was amazing and very reasonably priced but what was even BETTER? The song selection! I stayed a whole extra 30 minutes just to vibe out There couldn't have been a better way to start my vacation, honestly!
