She is always available and very responsive which is huge for me when I am planning anything. She reached out to me a week before our yacht day and there were some concerns she had with the yacht I originally booked and she called me with a solution already which was such relief for me. Many times when there are issues, people don't always have a solution right away, but she did and the yacht was awesome. We had a yacht with a jet ski and my husband had the best time. Captain Joe was so much fun. I will definitely be doing this again and will use Starlux in the future.

I would recommend calling (vs. text) for faster response times. Mari was able to help our group of 30+ book a very luxurious yacht for a reasonable price. We also opted in for an open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres. To be honest, the food was better than anyone expected and no one was left hungry! The yacht also had Bluetooth connectivity for music but our group was able to bring our own music equipment to play on the deck. We also let the captain know before we set sail that we would like to jump in the water and he was able to dock mid-way to give everyone the opportunity to swim. The crew in general delivered exceptional service and helped create an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation throughout our voyage. This yacht charter was definitely the highlight of our group's trip and I highly recommend booking with Mari for an unforgettable and 5 star yachting experience.

From the moment I stepped on board, the woman who decorated the boat made me feel so special -- every detail was thoughtful, beautiful, and perfectly set up. Smooth ride, great energy, and he made the whole experience feel safe, fun, and effortless. You could tell he loves what he does. I found these guys on Yelp and decided to call them to see if there was any last minute availability. To my surprise, they had a tour available for the following day, our last day in Miami. That same night I got a call from the owner. I was dreading answering the phone because I thought for sure it was them calling to cancel on us because of some unforeseen circumstances. But I was wrong! The owner called to let us know that he had an even better tour (one more suitable for what we were trying to do) at a much more convenient time! I really appreciate that they thought to call us and offer us the more beneficial package. I should add that the owner was super kind and helped me throughout the entire booking process. He was very patient with me while I struggled to book online. There site is super easy to navigate, I'm just not tech-savvy. When we did go out on our tour, we were given the greatest captain/instructor. Captain Sasha was so sweet and funny and knowledgeable. It was my first time snorkeling and he walked me through everything and made it all so simple. He was kind enough to take a ton of wonderful photos of my friend and me while we snorkeled. He let us take our time and enjoy ourselves and was such a pleasure. He even gave us a tour of the area which I know he did not have to do. I am so glad that we went with these guys during our time in Miami. Highly recommend them! Thanks again!
