Seriously, who wants a taco that's just a ball of greasy cheese?  These tacos had an excellent amount of good-quality meat. The broth tasted notably different from any other I've had, but not in a bad way. If I had to describe the taste in one word, it would be "authentic," which can be a good or bad thing based on your preference. I also liked how nothing was overly oily or greasy. As for the sides, they tasted well but nothing crazy. They didn't leave a huge impression, but I did enjoy how I was able to alternate between them or even add some of it inside the tacos. I hope more Birria places begin to add sides because $20 for three tacos alone is unreasonable. They are open Friday and Saturday from 5pm-1am and Sunday from 5pm-11pm. Cute spot for a casual date night, night out with friends, or even solo (I did it after gym because why the heck not). It is the best in Dade County and you cannot beat the price and portion size. The chef takes his time doing everything by hand and in the old fashion way, slowly developing flavors.
