A.C.'s Icees is a local landmark. The cool, tart, lemony goodness of the classic frosted lemonade is the perfect antidote to a hot and humid Miami day. Try the other flavors, too. I especially like the piña colada for a refreshing tropical treat. Service is pretty quick and always friendly.
I had somehow never gotten an icee from this Miami institution as a life long Miamian, but now that has changed! I'm sad it took me so long but I'm glad to have finally experienced an iconic AC's Icees. It was especially needed on a really hot, sunny, and humid day. I ordered a medium frozen lemonade and it was perfect. Cold, refreshing and truly delicious. Not too sweet and not too watery. Staff was really kind! The AC's truck is parked right by Kennedy park so your frozen lemonade can be enjoyed before, during, or after your time in the park. Will definitely be back soon!

AC's is a Miami staple! A frozen lemonade is a must-do for hot summer days. I bring all my friends from out of town here and they love it! They accept card now too which is convenient.
Iconic food truck at Kennedy Park in Coconut Grove. With so much turnover in Miami and new restaurants and buildings coming and going, it's amazing that AC's Icees has remained for decades. The icees are great: sweet, refreshing, and generous. The location is also wonderful. If you can find parking. You can sip your icee in the park, walk over to the dog park, or just get back in your car with it. They have cherry, piña colada, and lemonade. Opening hours are a guideline: it's just one guy, AC, so don't count on him opening or closing exactly on time.

** HIDDEN GEM ** ** CASH ONLY ** We've been coming here for over a decade now! There is seriously nothing like an A.C.'s Icee! The texture and taste of all the flavors are outstanding!!!! You will not regret making the trip out to this park to just stop by and get an icee from here! Make sure you splurge to get the large cup or else you'll want to go back for seconds lol. The service is always very fast and friendly! They have a lot of seating options in front of the icee truck or in the park at picnic tables or if you bring a picnic blanket you can hang out under the shade in the trees. We love supporting local businesses and we definitely love this one!! Highly recommend this place!! Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 10/10

First time stopping by ACs on a hot south Florida today! We needed a quick bite to grab to hold us over and thankfully we saw AC's truck grabbed a couple of hotdog that were perfect and took a walk in the adjacent park. AC was super friendly and actually a little funny positive energy for sure. They even have some merch that they sell from the truck. I saw some shirts in there enjoyed my quick five minute experience. :) read more
Stumbled across this icee food truck as we were walking and it may have been our best accidental find. It was a random Monday afternoon and there was such a big crowd, so we were obviously intrigued. We asked what the most popular flavor was and he gave us samples of all 3... and not just samples, but basically half a cup of each for the 3 of us. Talk about generous! The lemonade and the pina colada were definitely our favorite! Super fresh, refreshing and not overly sweet but also not artificial tasting. The healthiest way to eat a frozen lemonade it seems!! The price is definitely fair too, which is always a plus. Definitely adding this to our "must go" list for Miami! read more

The original food truck before food trucks were a thing. This is coconut grove history on wheels. On any day a refreshing frozen lemonade goes perfect. It has not changed over the decades and if your in the grove expect a line for this delicious treat. read more
A.C.'s Icees remains a Grove institution. Frozen lemonade fits the bill any time of year, but especially these days with temps on the rise. I hear the truck is now back in Kennedy Park after a brief relocation while the park was closed due to COVID-19. I prefer to get the combo of lemon and cherry. Just the small is enough to hit the spot and it's oh so refreshing. There is also a piña colada flavor, fresh juices, bottled water, and hot dogs available for purchase. You can grab it to go or enjoy at a nearby picnic table or on the grass. Since my first visit nearly ten(!) years ago, I've spent more time in Kennedy Park. Everything from taking the dog to the dog park and picnics, to baby bootcamp and running laps. A.C.'s Icees is the perfect complement to a day well spent in the Grove! read more

Hands down the best frozen lemonade I've ever had. Just the absolute perfect touch of sweetness & acidity. The truck is located in on the parking lot of the park and perfect for a refreshment after spending day at the park. They have 3 flavors: regular lemonade, cherry, and piña colada...you can also mix! They have 3 sizes: largest is $9, medium $6, and small $4.50. Keep in mind, they ONLY accept cash. They also sell sodas, hotdogs, chips, and have merch such as A.C.s logo on shirts and hats. read more

It lived up to the other raves. Nice location- especially if you're on the bike path. Fast service & the line moved pretty quickly. All natural frosted icees, fruit juices, bottled water, hot dogs. Cash only. Icees had 3 sizes: $5/7/10 . Lemonade, cherry, Pina colada I got the lemonade icee - it was fantastic! So refreshing, not too sweet- and there was a lemon slice on top! We stumbled across this place on our bike ride and was definitely worth it on a hot day! We only except cash and we only had five dollars to spare so we ordered a small frozen lemonade and shared it between me and my friend. They also have other flavors like grapefruit cherry and piña colada. Was definitely sweet but the small one was just right. read more
A.C.'s Icees is the best place in mami for a nice cold icy ! Located next the grove at the dog park this icy truck has been here 40 years!!! The city of mami just honored AC for his commitment to the people of Miami being there day in and day out , rain or shine to serve the people what they crave. All of the icys are great but if you're going for the first time you must try the traditional lemonade icee! I hope it's here forever so that I may continue to take my children here to enjoy the same icy's I did while I was young. Thank you AC for your great Icys over the years and May you live forever to always serve lol! If you haven't enjoyed one of his icys you need to go out of your way and show this man some love and order one at least to go. The park actual dedicated his location to his adding park benches and soft flooring for all of his costumers! Great and thoughtful addition. read more
This place has been on my bookmarks for a looooooong time and it's about time I finally had the chance to go visit this truck. This is located right next to David T. Kennedy Park. The parking lot where the truck is located is very small and can get crowded fast, especially during peak Florida summer weather. Some people come park just for A.C.'s Icees and leave. I went on one of the hottest day in July. Clear skies, no rain, and lots of Vitamin D from the blazing Florida sun. My friend wanted something refreshing after vising Bill Baggs State Park and I noticed that A.C.'s is super close. It was the perfect day to visit A.C.'s and definitely worth the 5 stars. There was a line, but it was moving along smoothly. The guy who served us was friendly and funny. Although he's working in a small truck in the Florida summer heat, he greeted us with a smile. My friend and I shared a medium half lemonade/cherry icee. THIS HIT THE SPOT. Cooling. Sweet. Tangy. Tart. Refreshing. The balance is all there and the prices are reasonable. Since we were already there, we decided to explore the park as we enjoyed our icee. The park is a big and is dog friendly. My friend and I enjoyed the park as well with the interesting exercise components that are spread throughout the park. Overall, it was the perfect day to find not only 1 gem in Miami, but 2! A.C.'s Icee and the park! Highly recommend these places. Support local! read more

The owner's son, the one everyone complains about his horrible attitude- is incredibly rude, hostile and after reading all of the reviews (yes all). Please read the negative reviews here of his attitude towards an 8 month pregnant woman, women in general and children on Google. Today I arrived to Kennedy with my 3 year old son to take him to the playground- but before going my son wanted an icee. Yes, I know they only accept cash but my son kept insisting (I forgot my cash at home). I kindly asked the guy in the truck if he can in any way possible accept a Venmo/cash app. His immediate reaction was extremely hostile: "NO! I can't do that! we have a sign that says cash only! its been up there all day long! don't come here with your kid and try to guilt trip me ok?!" Sir, I just asked if you would accept a different form of payment. You are crazy and aggressive. The last part is what had me floored: "don't come here with your kid and try to guilt trip me". This is how the owner speaks to his customers? Sickening. He treated me like I was a homeless asking for a free $4 icee. Completely inappropriate, and unnecessary- especially speaking to me like that while I'm holding my sons hand, I actually felt very violated by his hastiness. My husband is very unhappy after I told him. I am a Coco Plum resident and an attorney in Brickell, I will make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience and never go back. A Miami classic for sure! Anyone who grew up in Miami and spent any time in the Grove loves A.C's!! Delicious frosted lemonade is his original masterpiece. Nowadays you can get a lemonade and cherry mix that's just as yummy. I thought I saw hot dogs too!! Hahaha, I might need to try that soon. We regularly make the trip from our house down south just to have A.Cs. It's so nice to grab one and sit by the water at Kennedy Park to enjoy it!! During Corona since the park is closed, he moved over to the entrance by City Hall and the line loops down the street!! Bring your mask and your patience!! read more
I stubbed across this truck while on a walk in coconut grove. It was the perfect thing as it was a warm early evening. The frozen lemonade was refreshing not super sweet which was a plus for me only thing is I wish it was a bit more tart. There's only a few flavors I believe so there's not a ton of options but that's not a bad thing. The truck is well known to locals since it has been there for a long time. The service was easy as there was no line when I was there. Only thing is that they only accept cash which is not super convenient if you don't carry cash usually. Nonetheless it was a good refreshing drink/icee after a nice walk around the park. Definitely recommend if you're in the area. read more

From a food truck in the parking lot of a Kennedy park close by to Vizcaya, these icees were incredibly refreshing, with real juice and quenched our thirst. Tried the classic lemonade flavor since its my go to choice, found the prices to be reasonable. Definitely looking forward to going back during hot Miami summer days! read more
