My food had hair in it plus the ladies at the front def don't have any costumer service etiquette? Definitely looks good when you go in tho

I came through the drive-through at 12:18 PM (Order ID: 3125099412590629, DT#60) and was helped by an employee named Monica. The experience was disappointing to say the least. There were no cars ahead of me, so I expected things to move quickly. However, I was made to wait an unusually long time, even though the drive-through was completely empty. To make matters worse, the car behind me got their food first at the first window, while I was still waiting. By the time I finally received my order, the food was cold. It really makes no sense how an empty line ends in cold food and confusion. Very frustrating experience. I expect better service and basic attention to order flow and quality. read more

I came in to order but I had to use the bathroom first, the manager Tracy told me it's closed... they had two large trashes blocking customers from using the bathroom. I understand if there's a sign that says it's broken, but seems like it was perfectly fine and they didn't want to clean it so they blocked it from anyone using it. 9/4 get off work at 2am. I tried to find some food and I went to the Worst Miami sub I ever been to. I waited at the drive thro window for over 15min. No one answer after 15 min and two cars in front of me moved already, so after another 15 min I move up to the window. They won't let me order because I have to order in the back, and they force me to U turn and take the long line again. You might want to reconsider how you want to hire people. They don't take orders, they don't response, bad customer service, and they are slow at work. Sound like a receipt of failure. I hope this Miami sub able to last longer then it should, so more people will understand how bad the service is. read more

Because of my work I often eat at fast food restaurants. Today I stopped at Miami Grill and ordered at the drive through. I ordered a club salad and Ice tea. The attendant, Karla, was very nice and friendly. She took my order and asked the appropriate questions to make my ordering experience a pleasure. The order was promtly filled and I was on my way. I think Karla is a very good employee and she made my experience with Miami Grill a pleasure. I will definatly stop to eat hear again, and recommend that you try the Miami Grill in West Park! Check your food before leaving. I Ordered a cheese steak sub with onions mushrooms and bacon added which I paid extra for and no peppers. I got a cheesesteak with only onions and peppers. My Son doesn't like peppers but ended up eating it because he did not want to wait for me to drive back to get the correct order. read more

Pretty standard for what you'd expect from Miami Subs. They're one of the only places that serves mozzarella sticks in a drive thru, and I love them for that. The Arthur Treacher's fries are also undefeated. When you've got a craving for something greasy, you won't be disappointed at Miami Subs. The service was pretty good too! Spent $12 for a classic Philly cheesesteak and received mainly bread and Mayo. They stretched that little bit of meat on the foot long. I was so disgusted at the lack of a meal that they overcharged for. And to make it a combo came up to $16! That's a full meal at a restaurant. I will never stop there again. My family and I just came from a long flight and were starving. We had a long drive home and we decided to stop here. Just cutting to the chase, the food was phenomenal. I had the chicken pita and it was absolutely bussing. Each of the four of us ordered a combo for dine in and the food came out in less than 15 minutes. Service was stellar and top notch. Gina and her male coworker (I unfortunately did not catch his name) were very friendly and accommodating. The new branding you are doing is absolutely amazing and well received. If you have to ask, Miami Subs is easily my number #1 fast food chain, being a local bred brand-even better. We tend in this industry to focus on negatives when it comes to staff so when someone breaks that mold and really leaves an impression I feel it's necessary to recognize, so please forward this to the franchisee owner and the staff member, Alexis. Her positivity and charisma in a late night drive through setting is absolutely unpresidented. Attention to detail and guest service sub to none. It's always the little details that mean a lot to a guest, while most might not notice that, I do. From what I saw and experienced she is an asset to your team. I've ordered from this locatíon on various occasions as I i am a contractor and come to this Home Depot very often. I love miami grill because they have a large selection of food of which you usually can't go wrong with. I ordered here last week and went through the drive thorough and I hear a lady wIth purple braids being remarkably rude and loud to the customer in front of me. So, i ordered 10 grilled wings and a lava cake. The wings were burned and charred on all sides. The lava cake was literally still frozen, no attempt was made to heat it up. I'm not saying the food at miami grilll isn't delicious because it is, but this location is far below their standards. I highly recommend going to the miami grill on the northeast corner of us1 and Sheridan street, the food there is ALWAYS delicious. read more

the lady didn't even bother to try to care about taking my order at all. on top of that, they didn't even get my order righ!

So the food was good. BUT there's some shady shenanigans going on there. I went on Sat Oct 15 th at approximately 5:15 pm. The drive through was barely moving. When we got to second place, we could hear the car in front's conversation with the girl at the window. She had to give the food back for being cold and then some type of disagreement which we couldn't hear, but the customer left very irate. So we ordered the upgraded Philly cheese steak combo, with the large fries and drink for an extra $2.99, simply to get the souvenir cup advertised on the board.So $15.98. The girl handed us the food and a paper cup. When my husband asked about the souvenir drink cup...she said that was it! So we asked what about the souvenir cup on the promotion board. She says they don't have it! So we said take the drink and large fries back, and refund me $2.99! She grabbed our drink, and before we could give her the fries, she stormed off, and came back with....the souvenir cup! Ha! So what...is she hoarding them? Charging customers $16 bucks for a promo and taking the cups home? Her manager was right beside her too! I wish the owner could see this. read more

Waited at the drive thru for over 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and some chicken tenders. When the girl at the window hands is our food, says absolutely nothing, then looks at my husband and has the balls to say "you're welcome". For what??? I didn't hear this girl say "here you go", "have a nice day" not a damn thing. Absolute trash service after 15 damn minutes. Take your orders to a different location. read more
