I am truly satisfied with my experience with Wayne. I called him up to install a TV bracket. His fee was completely in-line with others and he was very responsive via text and phone. He did have to postpone the appointment due to another job taking longer, but he called with more than fair notice and did the very best he could to make it easy for me to deal with the changed appointment.
