I was very impressed with their Yelp reviews and also impressed with the fact that they were willing to go out of their way to come to my house. Based on how our interactions went I was expecting a smooth and seamless experience. On Sunday we confirmed 3pm Monday was good. On Monday I took time off from work and went home to meet the guy. Right at 3pm I contacted them, just to get an idea of when he was supposed to arrive, but did not get a response. I then contacted them again at 3:45pm to see whether we were still good to go but also got no reply. I waited and waited, but unfortunately they never showed. No calls, no reply to my texts, no explanation whatsoever. At 4:30pm I texted them to let them know I had to leave and that was that. In the end I waited an hour and a half and they totally ghosted me. Not cool at all, very unprofessional. UPDATE: I found a well reviewed installer on Task Rabbit and he did all 3 tvs for $200. So 5 Points who quoted me $450, was wildly overpriced.

My TV is hung perfectly in my bedroom and all the wires are completely hidden. He even went the extra mile to organize/hide other cables. I had a ball of wires sticking out of my wall left behind from the prior owners of my unit but now I'm left with a single wire peeking out -- it looks really neat and tidy. On top of that, he even helped me get a very old A/V receiver hooked up to my surround sound system, something I'd been struggling to do for years. I will definitely be recommending NuAge to others, and will use them again in the future. Given the pricing and the quality of work, I couldn't be happier.
