The women who worked there were very sweet and cheerful. I was able to find jeans that fit me for just over $100. They also have really pretty costume jewelry, purses, jackets, and really pretty dresses. The quality of the clothes chosen for the store are beautiful and well made. Everything was in fashion and they had a variety of clothes to fit different shapes and sizes. I am short. Most of the stores I would love to buy things from have only clothing made for tall and extra tall. This place did not disappoint. I was expecting to pay $100 or more for the repairs when I came in Saturday morning, but was pleasantly surprised on how reasonable the total was. My good friend recommended the Coliseum to purchase my soccer gear and I had a great experience! The store is right off of the San Pedro exit on Highway 101 in San Rafael. It's a relatively small store, but they carry a large selection of merchandise. When I arrived, the employee working fit me for cleats. He was incredibly helpful and gave great suggestions for styles that fit my very narrow feet. I finally decided on a pair of Nike women's cleats, which were the last pair on sale (score!) He also helped me pick out a few pairs of socks and shin guards. I really appreciate all of the help from the crew at the Coliseum. I found everything that I was looking for during my visit and I plan to return for future purchases. If you're looking into buying gear in bulk, I was told that they offer discounts to teams. When you walk in the place you get the feeling you've just stepped back into the 60s or 70s all the old posters on the wall advertising the product. And of course you have to pay homage to the two dogs that have been there forever. One of them has always taken a nap under one of the clothes racks the other dog, usually in the middle of the floor. But they're sweet dogs. With extremely high ceilings, he's able to bring in so much product in such a small space. My wife and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He's a charming gentleman and always has great story to spend when you come in. And he knows his product. It's amazing that he can actually look at a person and tell them what their waist and in the same as just by a glance. He always has a smile on his face and he remembers his customers. I can't recommend this place highly enough because it's just a pleasure to do somebody that is embraced what he does for a living and enjoys it and shows up to work with a smile every day. Well done.
