I am a single mom and it took me moving heaven and earth to get a babysitter, leave work early, make this appointment happen. When I booked it, I asked several questions about whether or not it was possible with my blonde hair and they called me four times after that to ask about my current condition of my hair to see if the perm I requested was possible. I spoke with everyone and told them exactly the same thing that I had color treated and blonde hair. I let them know. It had been more than eight weeks since my last appointment and on top of that, I do attend one of their salons, so they're able to look in their system to see exactly what I had done. I confirm this one last time with them and when I showed up to my appointment, they told me they were unable to complete the process because it would damage my hair. After booking a babysitter driving there and taking off work I was so disappointed. They did try and offer me a haircut in return, but that was not what I remotely wanted. I would suggest going to art of life Urbandale over Waukee if you want to actually have your service completed or someone tell you if it's not possible prior to rearranging your life to make it there.
