No other salon will even touch me to correct it as I'm told what's left of my hair that didn't break off is too weak to put more color on it. An absolute mess. Amy had no idea what she was doing. Blonde tured into a redhead n most of my hair broke off about an inch off the ends. Owner did refund all but tip was was a total of $320! Beware is all I can say.

Would have paid in cash, but didn't have enough due to $25 add on for full color. Prices vary depending on stylist, so I will definitely call PRIOR to appointment. I had my hair done by two other stylists. I'm really picky about my hair and I just felt as though they couldn't get it quite right. Especially my bangs... they are "whispy"... not full! I always seem to have a difficult time conveying what that means. I've noticed that the owner of the salon has gotten much friendlier since my first review, and the salon continues to carry good products and make excellent lattes! I think this salon has a lot of potential, they just need to recruit new talent.
