A pretty solid choice if you are in the area and craving Mexican (which we were). Visited here on a weekday after traditional lunch hours so not very crowded. They have ample tables and booths along with a nice sized bar area. We were seated immediately and brought their complimentary chips and salsa (so good). We were in time to order off of their lunch menu so got an order of the Enchilada Supremas and the #3 special. Don't be fooled, its a lot of food and tastes great. Service was good , greeted by a young man who was on his phone before we got there, our server was great!! She was very attentive and took care of us. I had a combo of chicken enchilada and cheese chili relleno. The chili was not charred (possibly boiled) had the skin on and no egg. The green sauce was not the traditional relleno red sauce it was more of a poblano blend that was a bit sweet. The chicken was the same as on the nachos no cheese inside and didn't taste very fresh. Very little enchilada sauce. Beans were similar to can and rice was a little hard both had little flavor. Guacamole was very fresh and excellent! I didn't take a picture and wish I did. Because of the mixed reviews we were a bit cautious to eat at Mi Pueblito, but we are SO GLAD that we did! So let's dispel some of the concerns raised in other reviews based on our recent experience. First and foremost, there were a lot of people eating at the restaurant with generous and spacious seating both inside and outdoors. We opted to sit outdoors. We were greeted immediately and shown to a table. Our servers were immediately asking for our drink orders and serving us crispy tortillas and fresh salsa. Within minutes our margaritas arrived in large frosted glasses. I have to say this was one of the best margaritas that we have ever had. Great taste without being overcharged with tequila, but beware it is a potent drink so pace yourself and make sure you eat something. Next came our taco salad and vegetable fajitas. Both were amazing with great seasoning and served hot. I have to say normally I would choose steak or chicken, but wanted to change things up and I can say I did not miss the meat because the vegetables had a great seasoning and variety. After eating everything, we decided to try the sopaipilla which was served wit a generous scope of ice cream. Yum! So to sum up our experience... it is clear Mi Pueblito has worked to address some of their past review issues with service and I am happy to add this establishment to my Mexican Restaurant favorites list. read more

The food here was really pretty good, it was quick, and the chips and salsa are bomb! Clean place, friendly staff, dont overlook it here. My only blurb was their taco shell was not the freshest. Maybe thats what she was asking me if I wanted flour or corn & I just kept saying crispy because I was making sure she knew I wanted a crispy taco. That is my bad lol not totally theirs. We had lunch here recently. The restaurant is clean and well-kept. We got seated right away, and they immediately brought complimentary chips and salsa. The food came in a timely fashion, and they made a point of bringing the kid's meal out for the 2-year old in our party first (good idea!). They didn't necessarily notice when you needed more of something (ie drink glass empty or out of salsa), so that was something that could have been improved. Solid Mexican place with great service. We dine and carry out here pretty often and we've never been disappointed. My husband loves the flautas, which is smothered in cheese and comes with rice. I like to try something new every time I go and I've never been disappointed in anything I've tried from steak, chicken, pork dishes. We always get the queso fundido which goes well with not only chips but any other dish as well! The guys there are awesome and we love to get our tex-mex fill here. read more

I had to run an errand in Glen Burnie the other day, and I hate to go there around dinner time because I can never find a decent place to eat. I always end up driving to Columbia or Silver spring to eat, but this day was a dark raining day. I search for a local bakery and found Cristy's bakery, but when we got there tiny place was so crowded I don't know how they have not been fine by the county, they even had ppl standing up waiting for tables I saw a Mexican restaurant at the corner but I didn't want to stay, I was disappointed to see irresponsible business owners We kept on driving and there it was "Mi Pueblito" we went inside and people were extremely welcoming the place is big so there is plenty of space between tables, the servers were cleaning everything between customers, there have high ceilings so the air circulation is good The food is not Tex-Mex or Mexican Salvadoran (nothing wrong with Salvadoran food, I love it, in a Salvadoran restaurant each thing in it's place ) this place is Mexican and their menu has a ton of selection I tried the tacos de Carne, they were delicious, the portions were huge the pico the gallo was fresh the beans were amazing My sister order choir-pollo, I never seen it, it's chorizo with grill chicken cheese and white rice, it was to die for I also must mention that we have the best servers, Janet and Alejandra they were always making sure we were having a good time, they were very attentive and friendly Before leaving they asked if I was pleased with the food I told them I liked everything except the margarita, they asked me to want and brought a frozen margarita that it was just perfect I highly recommend this place Sorry I don't have pics of churros and coffee I devoured it before taking a picture read more

My first time experience wiitht his restaurant was nice. It's a fairly new restaurant so the decor was beautiful, it smelled new & clean, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. When my husband and I arrived, we were immediately seated in a booth. Wow! The new seats we comfortable. They had a lot to choose from on the menu. The menu was very pretty with photos of dishes. The menu was a little dark in color so it was a tad bit hard to read given it is not a really bright restaurant. My husband ordered the fried chimichanga and I had the pick two order-taco and something by else that I forgot the name too. I mistakenly ordered the wrong thing cause I thought i was getting an enchilada but it was something else. Both with no cheese. The rice and beans that came with our order was out of this world good. The beans were so tasty and had a touch of kick to it. The chips and salsa weren't bad either. My husband enjoyed his dish and said the guacamole was really good. Our service was great. We waited a long time for this location to open.....we have always been customers of Mi Pueblo for quite some time. Several of our favorite servers work at that location. Mi Pueblito is quite a compliment to the Mi Pueblo family. It feels like you are walking into a warm, inviting home! All of the servers we have had in our five visits have been wonderful! We are creatures of habit and we just really enjoy their Fajitas Texanas, however everything looks wonderful as it exits the kitchen and makes it's way to the hungry orderer! Lots of lovely touches went in the creation of Mi Pueblito from iron work to stained glass on the inside. The owners I am sure are very proud, as well they should be. What we really love about the Mi Pueblo family is the food is consistently good, as are the Margaritas. We've had other food at the other locations, it's just the fajitas are amazing. Also love their guacamole and queso fundito! You can't lose with their desserts either. All are pretty much incredible! We've never waited long and service is just nothing shy of stupendous. Well worth the money we spend. This by far is our favorite locations.....if our favorite server Ramiero were transferred to this location, that would make us even happier. What a disappointment to be swerved enchiladas using cold corn tortillas straight from the package without heating them and FIRST dipping in the sauce before filling and melting cheese, That is called a shortcut and does not taste like anything but hard tortilla with cheese "Flavorless!" The beans.. where do I start; we'll let's just say canned beans Are NOT acceptable and is not authentic. The rice was dry, hard. Last the Rellenos which are my favorite dish.. I ordered ahead for pickup with a BOGO deal. I wrote specific directions out and they never called or said anything was wrong. I got there and they didn't have my order. Said I must be wrong. I showed them the receipt and they found my order. To be fair they were very kind and apologetic. They said the manager was actually not present, so I could not redeem my offer...which Facebook said I could and knew I was coming...and legitimately acknowledged I was coming... They were kind and offered free items. However, not the free entree. So my $20 meal, which wad already very expensive for this teacher, became $40+... Well... I was expecting better. I went with 3 others during COVID and the tables were spaced out well. The complimentary chips and salsa was very tasty and made us excited for everything else to come. Our server wasn't the nicest but he wasn't rude either so maybe he was just having a day and we let him be. The drinks were syrupy... we actually sent a strawberry margarita back because it was just too much syrup. The El Presidente was good though for sure, no syrup in that one, and it was strong. Those who got meat in their tacos, enjoyed the meal. Me and another got seafood (shrimp and/or crab) tacos. The seafood was not fresh. This would be a 5-star review if not for my most recent visit. I ordered my favorite drink, the Cadillac Margarita, and it came out looking and tasting completely different than it was supposed to, almost as if they didn't put the Grand Mariner in it. I requested for them to add it in, and it was much better! Figured out what was missing. When I get the bill, I discover they charged me for the Grand Mariner! This quickly became a $28!!!! drink! I did not say anything, because they did add Grand Mariner in, but to charge me for fixing a drink that did not come out as it was supposed to is absolutely ridiculous. We are regulars here, and I think this will be our last visit. For $28 of a a $45 tab to be a drink that they messed up is absolutely ridiculous. So long Mi Pueblito's. Made 3 visits to this restaurant in the past month and a half. The first time we were handed menus and got our drinks. After 45 minutes we got up & left because no one could be bothered to take our food order. Menus had been sitting on the table closed for over a half hour. Decided to give them a second chance. They got our drinks & food order and brought our food promptly. 4 stars for this particular visit. Third visit was a repeat of the first but without even a drink. They just ignore you after they give you a menu. Walked out after 25 minutes. Don't waste your time going to Mi Pueblito. REALLY shitty service! read more

Went for lunch this afternoon with a friend. The place is clean, the staff is friendly. I didn't look at the menu. All I wanted was a shrimp quesadilla. Didn't like it at all. I was just expecting some shrimp and some cheese maybe some cilantro or tomato or some thing. But it was a sloppy mess! It wasn't grilled together. It was just a bunch of shrimp with fajita mix folded over in a tortilla. It was way too saucy to pick up and eat. I wound up just pulling out the shrimp and eating it. For which it was so cold and some tomato we cut a weird sauce. It wasn't very pleasant. I didn't complain and I'm only writing this to warn others. Read the menu. Maybe this is how they come. I took my mother here last year she visited. The food was good; she had no complaint about someone who frequents eating Mexican/Latin food.

I had been craving Mexican food for the last two weeks and decided to order carryout last Friday which we have done in the past from here. I was so disappointed: The guacamole was so salty we couldn't eat it, my boyfriend Crab Quesadilla was burnt, the spanich rice and refried beans were cold and the 1/2 gallon of Margaritas was very weak. Not sure if you can call it a quesadilla without enough cheese. The chimichanga was ok. I would get it again. The children's burrito and taco meal was not good at all. The red sauce over the burrito tasted like spaghetti sauce and the tac shell was inedible after being soaked by the red sauce.
