We can tell that these ladies truly care about our animals as if they were our own. When I call for Piper, she always says "oh, does Mitzi need to come in too?" I mean, this place has top notch service!! This the best dog grooming place in SE MI. I have lived in the east suburbs, Ann Arbor burbs, and the west suburbs. I have tried many a grooming place out of convenience and I continue to make the trip to Elite because they are just THAT special. Everywhere else I go you get far less for your money. They also have special information cards for each dog that comes there so you basically just have to drop off your dog for the usual and they know exactly what to do. You can tell the place is amazing because when you call for an appointment, they are usually booked up weeks in advance. Take your pets here for their grooming- you seriously won't be sorry. Also, the prices here cannot be beaten either. Best of both worlds!!!

First let's get started when I first started going there my dog was only 8 weeks old I would take him In to get his nails cut and the ladys where so nice so I decided once he was ready to start grooming they would be my first pick ! 2 years later of loyalty and tipping them 20.00 everytime I went in "that was every 6-8 weeks" I missed one appointment due to me having surgery and they dropped me like I was nothing !! So because my dog was so use to going to them I literally begged them to take my dog ! So they finally did!! When I went to go pick my baby they stopped me and said why did you wright a bad review on us Literally on the spot I explained to her I was very upset I was dropped just like that! She looked at me and said take it off !! I apologized and walked out!! When I got into my car I could not believe what I seen my dog had cuts everywhere the worst one was by his eye I was going to go back in there and go off !! But I vowed never to go there not even if I had to cut his hair myself!! He was scared for a week!! Shame on them they are the worst place to go !!! And yes I am writing a review Yvette aziz my dogs name is merrick !! I will never refer them to anyone!!!!

Such kind people. Truly magical humans…read more We started bringing our little Papillon here about two years ago, back when she was a puppy and fully committed to chaos. You know the phase--"oh my... what have we done?" She behaved as though collars, harnesses, or mild inconvenience might actually be the end of her. Somehow--and I mean somehow--the team at Royal Pup Parlor groomed her beautifully and transformed her behavior. I'm convinced a magic wand was involved. She came home calm, happy, and shockingly cooperative. Fast forward to now: she happily sits on my lap while I brush her, gets those dreamy sleepy eyes, and often falls asleep mid-groom. That kind of trust doesn't happen by accident. It happens when animals are handled with patience, gentleness, and real love. Grooming here is clearly an act of care, not just a service. We're so grateful to have gotten her on their schedule--and so are our other pets. We now bring our husky here for deshedding baths and our lab for nail trims. Every visit confirms what we already know: these folks are the real deal. Highly, wholeheartedly recommended.

I purchased dog friendly Gelato, Peanut Butter Dipped Sweet Potato, a Cake Slice Cookie, and a cannoli. I have recommended both my mother in law and mother to bring their pets here for grooming! The prices are super reasonable! We use Natalya for our groom, but my mother in law and mom have used different groomers. All of our pets always come home looking incredible and smelling incredible. I have had groomers in the past where my pets were terrified to go inside of the building and Woofgang is not like that AT ALL! I trust them with everything!! Got call back on July 10th and they left a message advising they set appointment for a Thursday. Called back to advise I can't do a week day as I can't take a day off work to take dogs to groomer. Was told next Saturday appointment was on August 21st.. as I was saying that was too long to wait was hung up on... called back to speak to owner and was told she wasn't there.. left message and finally heard back on 7/15, 5 days later.. This was the first time that we took our three Yorkies here to be groomed. My wife works right up…read morethe road so we figured if all things went well after their first visit we'd continue to go there. It would be super convenient for her to take them during the week on her way to work and then have them hang with her in the office the rest of the day when they were done. It is a better alternative to occupying an entire Saturday waiting around for a call back to let us know they were done. On top of convenience, another reason we decided to give this place a shot was because our last groomer progressively did a worse and worse job plus they would take forever and a day to groom them. I understand three dogs can be a lot, but when they collectively weigh around 20 pounds total it should not take three hours per dog to groom. Debbie had our dogs looking exactly how we wanted them in about three hours. Plus she is a few bucks cheaper too so which was an added plus. Debbie was super nice as well and seemed to be very dedicated to her craft. I say this because we got pounded with a ton of snow the night prior to their appointments and the roads were horrible to drive on. It was so bad she had mentioned to us that all of her other employees called off, yet she still made the effort to make it in. She even gave each of our dogs a little bag of goodies for Christmas that consisted of treats and toys along with some swag (I can't believe I just said that) new bandanas and bows. I think we have found our new groomer for the foreseeable future.
