The crepes were perfect and delicious. They have a variety of options from sweet to savory [I tend to like savory more]. The staff were really friendly and accomodating to our diet restraints. I love the ambiance of the cafe; as someone who has been to Paris it gave the appeal that I was there again. The prices are pretty fair especially compared to some other creperie options in town. Parking however can be a challenge; that part of Selby ave is limited for parking due to so much in that area. It would however be a perfect idea to either walk, bike or even catch uber/lyft and venture to some the neat shops in the area.

The savory crepes are light but filling with some traditional offerings and some less, like L'Italien (pizza crépe). The sweets choices are varied and scrumptious. And one of their most unique offerings is the croffle -- a sweet waffle made with crépe batter. Light texture, subtle flavor, and some straightforward toppings and other combinations that are show-stopping.

There was definitely a good cheese pull. My only feedback would be this would be wholly elevated with some spices, egg, and fresh mushrooms. Service 5/5: these are made once ordered. They gave me a buzzer so I could walk around the market instead of waiting at their stand. Overall was a great experience. They have a lot of great sweet options, and I'd love to see more savory especially for breakfast. Would also be wonderful if they handed it over in a way that you could eat on the go instead of having to sit down and use a fork/knives. A must try at the Minneapolis farmers market!

They are all fresh made and on a busy Saturday you can expect to wait 10-15 min (or more) depending on the line but it is worth it. One thing I did notice recently is that they had additional Crêpe plates that weren't being used so they may have been short staffed which led to a slightly longer wait. The family that owns the stand moves quickly and is so helpful when taking, making and delivering your order. Just have a little patience and realize that if someone in your part is getting food from another stand, they might be done eating before you get theirs. Our crepe of choice is the mixed berry and it is so yummy but every crepe coming off the plates looked equally delicious.

We started our order with bubbles and at the register taking our order was Moriah. She was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered the Croque Madame and bubbles and sat and waited for our food. About 15 minutes later Moriah brought our food out and greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. We then found out she was the General Manager. We were very impressed that the leadership here leads by example and they step up and do every job. She was a server, at the register and cleaned tables. This is rare these days and not only that she was very high energy and very welcoming. We plan to make another trip to try more items on the menu the food was fantastic and the portion sizes were generous. They also have a beautiful outdoor area.

They've got locations to visit in: Woodbury, MOA and Edina My love it items: Hot chai tea with oat milk (so.good.) Lemon Crepes -these are amazing. Light and simple but super flavorful and delicious. I can't go here and not order these. They are perfection. New favorite added to the list: Croissant French Toast Savory crepes are always just what sounds good that day because they're all good choices. Today I went with the Croissant Avocado Toast. Pretty tasty and would get again. Also pictured is their Apple Cinnamon Crème Brûlée Crepe. Not my dish but verdict was that it was delicious. Their customer service is top notch, the restaurant is delightful, don't miss out on a fun experience trying Sweet Paris Crepes! The restaurant is spacious and bright. Even though there's tons of seating, spots fill up fast! I came around 9am on a Saturday and was seated right away, but by 10am the entry room was full of people waiting for a table. -- The Northwoods Hashbrowns are absolutely delicious if you're craving a savory breakfast. The portion is huge and can easily be shared. The default hashbrowns are on the softer side, so I like to ask for it extra crispy so you get a better bite. It has the perfect amount of spice from the jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. -- The 49er Flapjacks are like the denser cousin of the crepe. The texture is so velvety and the butter just glides on. Absolutely delicious when it's smothered in butter and syrup. The 49ers are thin but they take up the entire plate, so it's still quite a bit of food. -- The cinnamon roll pancakes are arguably better than a standard cinnamon roll. It's the flavor of a cinnamon roll with the moist fluffy texture of a pancake. They do not skimp out on the cinnamon sugar filling or the maple cream cheese frosting. -- The cold brew is nice if you're looking for an iced coffee option, but it does taste a little watered down. It does not come with any refills. -- The thick sliced bacon is around 1/4 inch thick and is flavorful. You can ask them to cook it to your desired crispiness level.
