I don't write a lot of reviews but this place has got to be THE BEST place if you ever need…read moreanything repaired. The staff was helpful and was able to give me really good rate. I called around and he was actually cheaper by ALOT! Do your research and call around you'll see this guy was super competitive with rate. Also he was able to fix my window same day and included the matching tint. Jay and his staff was awesome I recommend 10/10!

Don't Get Your Windshield Chip Repaired Here…read more Don't let the lower price fool you. Spend a little more and get your windshield chip repaired professionally. My initial quote was $65 for a repair that would take approximately 30 minutes. I agreed to the price and brought my vehicle to the shop. An assistant started the repair, and although I'm no expert, I noticed there was no attempt to wipe down the area or remove any dust around the chip. I figured maybe that was normal, so I let him proceed. He drilled into the chip, which I understand is a standard part of the process. However, when he attached the injector bridge with the suction cup, it was clearly not adhering properly to the windshield. Throughout the process, I watched the suction cup repeatedly come loose and move around, making me question whether it was maintaining a proper seal. He also used a lighter to heat the glass from underneath, assuring me that this was normal procedure. He eventually applied the filler resin, covered it with clear curing film, and scraped it off after about a minute. The entire repair took approximately six minutes, excluding the curing time. The result? Absolutely no visible improvement. The star-shaped crack looked exactly the same as it did when I arrived. I talked to the owner afterwards to express my concerns. He told me that sometimes a chip repair looks the same even after the repair is completed. I'm not a professional, but I would expect the work area to be cleaned properly and reasonable precautions to be taken to prevent contamination during the repair. To his credit, the owner offered me a refund, which was appreciated. Looking back, I probably should have accepted it. However, I wanted the chip repaired, so I gave him an opportunity to fix it himself. While he worked on it, I researched whether a failed resin repair could be corrected. I learned that once resin has cured inside a chip, attempting another repair can be difficult because the existing resin may prevent additional resin from properly penetrating the damaged area. After approximately 12 minutes, including about eight minutes of curing time, the second attempt actually made the windshield look worse. The additional drilling left what now looks like a tiny, pen-tip-sized white hole in the glass. This entire experience was frustrating and a waste of both time and money. Although the owner initially offered a refund, I believe he should have carefully assessed the damage before attempting a second repair, especially after the first attempt had failed to produce any visible improvement. UPDATE: reached out to Jay and he refused to provide me with a refund on his botched repair.

Arsenio came between the time he said and so far, the windshield seems perfect. The only reason I'm not rating this location a 4 star is for Arsenio. But when I spoke to Melissa and made the appointment, she asked if I wanted to drive my car in or have someone come to the house. I told her that I wanted someone to come to my house. When I was getting ready to pay, Arsenio told me a price that was $98 more than what I was quoted and he told me the $98 fee was for him to come to the house. I told him I would not pay that fee as Melissa didn't disclose that on the call and we only spoke of the insurance deductible of $500. Arsenio called his office and they waived the $98 fee. Again, 5 stars for Arsenio but the office needs to do a better job communicating the additional fee for coming to your house to do the repair.

Why cause they use a third party to calibrate. You kidding me right??? Your staff that repairs windshields aren't trained to do the full job?! Tried to up sale windshield wipers. Was told if they scratch windshield it voids warranty. Never heard is a windshield got scratched that it would void a seal or a stress crack. Like I could have stayed at home but no I had to come to a place that doesn't value your time but sure would value an up sale. Not worth the time or money to be treated so crappy. Think I was kept longer cause I didn't let them up sale windshield wipers

I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for your auto glass needs…read more My experience with Safe Choice Auto Glass was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Unlike their previous operation, where you could easily reach a live person and they would help coordinate directly with your insurance company, everything is now handled through automated text messages. I was never able to get a live representative on the phone despite multiple attempts. After being told to contact my insurance company myself and open a claim (something Safe Choice used to handle for customers), I completed the process and attempted to follow up. Again, no answer--just more automated texts. Eventually, I received a text message to schedule an appointment and booked service for 8:30 AM on Tuesday, 6/2. The problem? Nobody ever showed up. No phone call, no text, no email, and no explanation. I wasted my entire morning waiting for a technician who never arrived. The company advertises itself as "#1 in Windshields," but based on my experience they might be #1 in not showing up to do the work. This level of communication and customer service is extremely unprofessional. Customers shouldn't have to chase down basic information or sit around waiting for appointments that are never honored. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Safe Choice Auto Glass and would encourage others to consider a company that values its customers' time and provides reliable communication.
