Our office manager Shari McNair is the standard by which we measure the community. Her work exceeds our expectations. It is an indication of high dedication and her attention to detail and to the PCE community. One of her main duties is interacting with the residents of the community. Her conduct is very professional with all staff members and homeowners. She is always cordial and willing to help coworkers, students, and clients. She is enthusiastic, energetic and displays positive behavior. She sometimes is placed in the difficult position of representing the Directors, while answering to the residents. In this, she strikes the right balance and it shows. Shari is an excellent manager, does not require supervision, and her work is completed timely. The forms and required paperwork are completed on time with our error. She always follows through and finds the answers to questions and reports to the Directors promptly. The Directors and the residents of our community appreciate her eagerness to help. We have received numerous emails and letters for her excellent service. Shari has always shown a strong commitment to the residents of our community. read more

We are a community of a little over 200 single family homes owned by people 55 years of age and over. There are not many associations that have an on-site manager any longer so we are fortunate to have our community manager, Shari McNair, who has been with us for a little over six years and does an awesome job. There are constantly homeowners, visitors, vendors, realtors in the office and/or on the telephone asking questions, wanting information or possibly just stopping by to say 'hi'. Shari is always professional, provides excellent customer service and abides by the association's governing documents when necessary. She is always willing to assist a homeowner or committee member. Shari is a great representative of MGR and our community association. Carol Lang read more

I am an individual member/owner of a home in a 203 home HOA community in Oceanside California. We have an on-site manager from MGR Property Management based in Ontario California with an office in Carlsbad. As a member of the community I often utilize our on-site manager Silva Tetroashvili for various reasons. Silva maintains a positive attitude and a manner of professionalism at all times. I now serve on the HOA Board of Directors for the same community and have come to rely on Silva's expertise not only in the daily management or our community, but applicable HOA laws that regulate our community. Silva is an integral and invaluable part of the management of our HOA. And even more so, she is part of our family! read more

I am the president of the board of our association, in San Marcos. MGR property management has done a great job with recordkeeping, meetings, and landscape walk-throughs. More than that, there have been some issues that needed immediate attention, and they have been quick to respond. For example , one of the irrigation pipes broke, and I called Janette Romero for help. Within a very short time we had the landscape people and a plumber to fix the situation. Also, there have been some issues with owners that Janette has helped me with, and has resolved issues that could have become complicated. I would recommend them highly. read more

Silva is our property manger for our rather large association. She is the most professional, detail oriented, hard working manager we have ever had. I appreciate her hard work and dedication for all of our special needs and she is always here for anything that comes up, including unusual and last minute situations. On top of being professional, she is one of the most enjoyable, enthusiastic, helpful, kind, and considerate people you will find. She always thinks 10 steps ahead and is quick to respond to any urgencies. Janette is my favorite manager that I have ever worked with and I am relieved to have her working on my community.
