Assaf will come and measure each window and make recommendations. He has found many errors in the plan and had them corrected by calling the architect and verifying. On my last project he recommend taking the windows out of the stairwell and he was correct because there is a code issue with setback. This found mistake eliminated 8 windows with a huge savings that would have had to been covered up after the fact. Assaf cares about his projects and clients. The prices were a bit higher by $30 but I didn't mind as I saw it as a same-day rush fee! Patrick has this talent. Re-Screen was $20 and new screen$40. $60 cash was given to avoid the cc fee. While Milgard had some issues with delivering the windows on the originally scheduled date, this was no fault of Fusion and Gary kept me promptly informed of the changes. The installers were very respectful and took care to seal off the areas where they'd be working to minimize dust and debris from spreading throughout the rooms. They do both residential and commercial so I completed their form online to get a quote. Cathy called me a few hours later with a quote and I was comfortable with the price since they specialize in this service. I received an email one day prior to my appointment to view and confirm. On the day of the appointment, I received a text one hour before the appointment time. As I was looking out my window to see if there was parking, I saw their truck sitting by curb 30 minutes before the appointment time. I went to see if Jaime could work on it now rather than wait. The window's tint was dark and the sunshade was up so I wasn't sure if he was in the truck. Luckily, Jaime got out as I was walking back to my place. I told him that I didn't want him to come in my place to remove the screens since I didn't want to clean the floors when he was done. He offered to wear booties and I was good with that. I asked the reason for coming in my place and he said just to remove the screen. I said that I can do them but one screen's tabs were broken. He told me to push it up then push out which was super easy to do. Anyway, he looked at my screen and said that there were no holes so I don't need to change them. I said that I need new pull tabs so that I can remove the screens to clean the windows. He said that I do need to replace the screens if I wanted new pull tabs. He showed me a large metal square one and one short and narrow one. They were much sturdier than the cheap plastic ones that I had. I stood and watched him remove the old screens and install the new ones. It was fun watching and talking to him while he repaired the screens. It took him about 45 minutes to set up and repair my screens. He said that that there's one year warranty. Overall, I am very happy with their customer service and product. I highly recommend them and they have a customer for life.
