After putting down a deposit, I was immediately provided an installation date and 4-hour window. On that day, we received a text and email letting us know the name of the technician and that they were on their way. We ended up noticing a minor ding and paint issue on the door and our technician, Donnie, was incredibly understanding and immediately called in the issue and scheduled us another installation for two weeks later. Our second installer, Ross, was fantastic- he arrived early on a very hot day, had us inspect the new door first, and finished the job in a little over an hour. First I was quoted around $700 for a picture window for my attic only to have Art, the sales person, completely disappear. 5 months later when I reached back out, he quoted me double the price for the same window. I get that things cost more, but double? Art came out to measure the window (I had to give him my own ladder and flashlight which on one hand is totally fine but on the other makes one question the professionalism). It took another 4 weeks for the "head installer" to come out who I never saw or met (why are we measuring multiple times and why is Art measuring?) Then I received a shady invoice with no company letterhead that requested payment to the sales person's wife. When I asked how long it would take and if he could call the manufacturer in advance to get an estimate of time - he said no. So one has no idea how long it's going to take and you have to pay first to get an estimate on time. Then the sales person abruptly said he would pass on my project, assuming because he did not like my questions on time of install. I tried to call the office to talk to someone but no one ever answers.
