In July 2026, while working in my second-floor bathroom, I looked out the bathroom window and noticed a visible gap between the glass and the exterior frame of the house. I took a photo and contacted Chris by email. He responded on July 7 and said he would come out later that week to inspect the issue and determine whether there was a remedy. Unfortunately, after several follow-up emails and phone calls, I have received no further response from Chris or anyone else. The issue remains unresolved. I would appreciate it if someone from the company would contact me, explain what may have occurred during installation, and provide a solution to correct the problem.
