Lies, cheaters and scammers galore…read more I had them for a cleaning which over the phone they said would be 1pm-7pm. They arrived at 1:30pm and left at 3:30pm. Not only that but on my hardwood floors they used clorox all purpose cleaner and mop bucket and left it soaking wet!!! As soon as i noticed I tried to dry it out but to no avail. For 3 days the rooms with the hardwood and other upstairs rooms absolutely wreaked of cleaning supplies. The cleaners had told me they recieved no training, they were brand new to Madison and they were not aware you cannot use a mop bucket on original 1948 hardwood floors. When I brought it to management's attention: They waited a month to respond. They said they would make it right (which was a total lie) They got an analysis from a local flooring company in Madison who clearly said that this was caused from excessive moisture (even water in a mop bucket alone they said could easily cause the varnish to come up which is what happened in the 2 rooms where they mopped. Needless to say because they refused to pay for the repairs I asked for their insurance information, which they refused to provide. I then searched to see if they have a business license in Wisconsin or Dane County and it was negative on both accounts. Not only do they not train their cleaners and lie about their experience, their service hours and cleaning, they also damage wood floors and when damage is done they refuse to pay for it or make it right. Now I have to take them to small claims court for around $2,000 in damages they caused. Check all their business licenses before you ever let these folks in your home or business. They are professional-grade scammers who make promises they don't fulfill, they don't pay their workers fairly, and they don't admit mistakes even when a local flooring professional said the damage was not pre-existing and was caused by them.

My friend left after they were in, and shortly after they texted me that they were done, but that their phone was out of batteries so they couldn't send any pictures (but apparently it could make calls?). They then asked for more money that originally agreed to. Because I am too trusting of a person, I paid them via Venmo. A friend went by the house after and said the cleaning was hardly done and that they had missed two entire sections of the house - the carpeted attic and a basement room. He ended up vacuuming and cleaning the house again. I made a few mistakes here: first, not going with a Yelp guaranteed business, because now I cannot get my money back. Second, sending money without verifying what they did. I asked them for less than half of the money back (I would like to use that for a gift certificate for my friend doing their cleaning work), but they refused any refund at all. Don't waste your money here! Go with a more reputable company.
