She arranged for our flights, a hotel stay in Seattle and left us detailed instructions on what to do when we got to the boat. There were absolutely no surprises - only an incredible trip that was so insanely beautiful, we were gasping the entire time. I even think she somehow coordinated the pod of humpback whales that visited us while were were out on our balcony and again during dinner outside of our window. Every important detail was planned to our wishes. Just a few weeks ago we took our family to Italy for two weeks. Her work to get 10 of us transported, guided as we chose and staying in perfect places was really above and beyond all expectations. Our grandkids will always be thankful for her work. We are extremely thankful for her work rescuing us from the issue of a missing driver from Venice to Milan beginning at 2:30 a.m. her time. Who else would be such a superwoman?

Not the common practice but since I had to help them along with a number of steps I felt as though I was using them as well. Originally, this particular location helped my folks plan out a vacation cruise with other members of the family. I couldn't join them based on having to work. Anyway, after a nice time they needed to renew their respective passports as they were expiring and fortunately the advice given by this office was to do this after the trip and not just before to avoid any travel issues. They listened. After opting to do this online they ran into issues getting a proper photograph done and no matter what I did with my own tech and skills, the photo was too dark, too light, too large, too small etc. It was very frustrating and this is where their office came into play again. Not only did they discover that they would do said passport photo for them but they would also send a digital copy to their emails for no charge as members. Everyone in this office was nice and happy to have their business. Once back home I was able to help them do the renewal. At the end of the day the services that they received from this AAA location made me glad that they had them in their corner and should I end up living down there I will for sure be employing their services. We needed a home with lots of bedrooms & baths...since we were a family group of 16. This home checked all the boxes - plenty of parking, a private pool & beach front! Our initial contact & customer service thru out our vacation week was great. They were prompt & friendly while booking & answered all our questions. Upon arrival we discovered many issues with the home. Primarily cleanliness, the home was dirty & really needed a deep cleaning. Surfside Realty responded quickly to our concerns & offered to send someone out to clean immediately. Because we had already unpacked & were there for a day we did much of the cleaning ourselves. We also didn't have internet & cable for a period of time. Surfside took care of this right away as well. The home's furnishings were outdated & some updating was needed too. For the price we paid I felt that could have been better plus providing better quality bath towels, a gas grill & removing the plastic coverings on the bed mattresses. That being said being right on the beach with private access, the beautiful ocean view, having our own pool & the spacious floor plan...we were happy! Note: Surfside Realty sent a partial refund due to the issues & that was much appreciated. Their customer service & response time was wonderful.
