That's for an area that sees over 20 MILLION tourists every year along 50+ miles of area. And they have ONE tow company????? Try calling the office like I did. I made over 21 calls in a 3 hour time period, only to get disconnected when no one answers or get voice mails with excuses. The only way I got through to them was on a line for BUYING something. Of COURSE they answered that phone line!!!! Then I got more excuses and absolutely zero customer service. How can a company this big ignore such a gigantic market????? After 40 years of being a dedicated member I'll be terminating my useless membership!! Do your own investigating and you'll see 100's of complaints where motorists sat for up to three hrs waiting for a tow or assist. This is the worst location for services by AAA by a long shot!

We needed a home with lots of bedrooms & baths...since we were a family group of 16. This home checked all the boxes - plenty of parking, a private pool & beach front! Our initial contact & customer service thru out our vacation week was great. They were prompt & friendly while booking & answered all our questions. Upon arrival we discovered many issues with the home. Primarily cleanliness, the home was dirty & really needed a deep cleaning. Surfside Realty responded quickly to our concerns & offered to send someone out to clean immediately. Because we had already unpacked & were there for a day we did much of the cleaning ourselves. We also didn't have internet & cable for a period of time. Surfside took care of this right away as well. The home's furnishings were outdated & some updating was needed too. For the price we paid I felt that could have been better plus providing better quality bath towels, a gas grill & removing the plastic coverings on the bed mattresses. That being said being right on the beach with private access, the beautiful ocean view, having our own pool & the spacious floor plan...we were happy! Note: Surfside Realty sent a partial refund due to the issues & that was much appreciated. Their customer service & response time was wonderful.

We recently rented a condo from Surfside Realty for two weeks. The condo was immaculate! We…read moreneeded new handles for sliding doors(owners responsibility), and a new shower rod and curtains(too light weight), which we did not report until after we left about the shower curtain and rod. This place was impressively clean..even the broom, mop, etc., storage closet! We had always used Surfside Realty, but circumstances have kept us from a vacation in many years(older parents care). Check in was easy, lady at the desk was friendly and helpful! We plan on coming back now like we used to! Keep up the good work SR!
