She also offers infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, and localized cryo. The full-body cryo is something I do on average 3x per week. Since I work nearby, I have a monthly subscription that allows me to go daily, if I choose. Overall, cryo therapy has had amazing effects on my inflammation and energy levels, and has drastically reduced my recovery time after work outs. I also notice I don't get sick much any more. Throughout the appointment, she checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and that I wasn't being overstretched. She never tried to force my body into positions it wasn't ready for. I've been to another stretch company before where I was overstretched and the person didn't listen to me, forcing me into positions that left me afraid I'd get injured.
