I like that she responds to text messages and even confirmed our appointment with a text. That means a lot nowadays! Lidia was upbeat, polite, fun and overall gave off a wonderful vibe. We ended up going with another referral but I would recommend Lidia simply from her outlook on life and promptness and professionalism.

They come every other week, and they always let us know in advance if there's going to be a schedule change. Similarly they are always willing to work with us when we are dealing with sickness or need to switch day. We find their pricing to be very reasonable, and we look forward to continuing to work with them!

Unfortunately it was misleading they cleaners came and cleaned they called me when they were done I missed the call, called back 5 minutes later no answer and when I went back up they were gone. The cleaning was okay some things great to be fair like the fridge but the oven, window floorboards and various spots around the apartment looked like they weren't touched or not cleaned enough. We did the walk through with the property and they noted all the areas that were still dirty. So unfortunately I still have to pay to have it cleaned properly. I would not recommend this service.

Two stars solely because the cleaning staff is excellent--consistent and thorough every time…read more Unfortunately, my issue is with the owner, Clarissa, and the front office staff. Here's a breakdown of my experience with my 1BR/1BA apartment in Oakland: 1) Starting Services: I was initially quoted $200 for a deep clean and $150 for monthly cleanings afterward. A few months in, I noticed I was still being charged $200 monthly. When I reached out, the staff offered a "frequency discount" to bring it down to $180--a bit frustrating, considering the lack of transparency from the start. 2) Move-Out Cleaning: As I was moving out, I realized I had a cleaning scheduled right before handing over my keys, so I kept it on the books. When the cleaner arrived, they called to inform me that a move-out cleaning was priced differently, which I was unaware of. Initially, the front desk staff quoted $200 for the move-out, given the apartment's good condition from regular monthly cleanings. However, 30 minutes into the clean, they called back, saying Clarissa now demanded $280, the rate on their website. I tried discussing the jump, given there was no furniture left in the unit, but Clarissa simply pointed to the website and refused to acknowledge the misquote from her team, nor did she offer any apology for the confusion. It's unfortunate because I'd love to continue using this company--the cleaning staff themselves are great. But the inconsistent pricing, lack of clear communication, and dismissive attitude from the owner make it hard to recommend them.

We have been understanding, patient, kind and generous throughout the entire booking (25% tips, forgiving job half done even though full payment was taken). Unfortunately now on the third visit, despite double checking the expectations with Andressa yesterday, the house was still left half undone. Half of the items on my list which she stated would "all be included in the $170 pricing, whether it takes 2-3-4 hours" have not been done at all in the 6 weeks of using Phoenix Cleaning. I was also under the impression that it would be Andressa herself and one other woman doing the cleaning, based on the wording of her texts, but maybe a misunderstanding. I was excited to have someone clean the house who spoke so knowingly about how burnt out I was handling it alone, who even insisted "the house isn't clean if the baseboards aren't clean," when I asked about whether I would need to book a deep clean for things like that. She stated baseboards would be "included every time." Really sad and disappointed about the results. I have a physical disability and it's hard for me to clean, but 6 weeks in a row now I am having to clean what they did not on the one day I plan to rest. $210 per visit with tip and the cleaners were out of the house in under 2 hrs, with the job unfinished. Photos and videos taken immediately within 5 minutes of cleaners leaving, over multiple visits. Screenshots show text agreements not being honored and attempts to add additional cost for things agreed upon in the initial consult. Never offered any refund, discount, or to have a cleaner come back and finish the job properly.

After the pandemic, I called Elite Pro Home Cleaners and tried to restart our cleaning service. I sent a text message to the office staff. No response. I called the answering service several times and left messages to restart the cleaning service and, made sure my contact information was up-to-date and correct . Out of the three times I called Elite Pro Home Cleaners, over a six-week span, I received not one response. I even called the answering service to make sure that my messages were forwarded to Elite Pro Home Cleaners and I was assured that my messages were forwarded. Obviously, they do not want my business. Even during the time when we used the service from Elite Pro Home Cleaners, we always had a problem with the office staff not returning phone calls or answering questions. I read in the reviews about other clients of Elite Pro Home Cleaner having the same problem with the office staff not being professional with their communication. So, I am not the only one. (Please read the other reviews for yourself). I thought, why should I sign up for this again when it's obviously still a problem. So now, we moved forward with a new cleaning service since Elite Pro Home Cleaners couldn't be bothered to call us back . The new cleaning service cleaning is top-notch and this includes the added expected benefit of returning telephone calls and text messages. Our current cleaning service does not treat us like we are bothering them. We are very satisfied with our current cleaners cleaning ability and their communication.
