On their first visit Gisele and Fábio helped explain what they clean, products they use, and how long it would be. They did a deep cleaning on their first day which I was very pleased with. They cleaned each area I requested and some I didn't expect but I was very happy. It took longer than expected about 4+ hours, but well worth it. On their following sessions they were a lot faster due to the initial deep cleaning. Overall I would recommend them.

Joel's initial walkthrough appointment made me feel much more confident that the quoted price was realistic, rather than estimates based on a few details over email/Yelp request. As a full-time working mom, having help maintaining a clean home is such a relief. While admitting needing that help feels a bit awkward and stressful, they put me at ease and made the experience feel comfortable and judgment-free. Joel was really easy to communicate with, the price is competitive, and I liked that I could pay by Zelle. We're now booked for every other week cleanings, so I'll share how things go over time.

I hired Erick and his team for a move-in deep cleaning after our renovation, and they did a…read moreremarkable job. There was construction dust everywhere, much of it stuck to surfaces, and the team was incredibly thorough in cleaning every corner of the house. They vacuumed and mopped carefully throughout, paying attention to details that many cleaners would easily miss. One area I was particularly concerned about was the basement carpet, which had gotten very dirty from contractors constantly walking on it during construction. They spent a lot of time trying to remove the stains and improve its condition. Erick was also very honest and upfront that he couldn't guarantee every stain would come out completely, which I really appreciate. Their pricing was also very fair and competitive considering they work from 8am to 4:30 pm. I spoke with several cleaning companies before making a decision, and they offered the most reasonable quote while still delivering excellent work. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommended!

I inquired about a move out cleaning with carpet shampoo for my 488 sqft studio in RWC and was…read morequoted $300, which is fair considering the crazy move out charges that most apartment companies charge. Everything was done so nicely and the two lovely ladies who did the cleaning were so kind as well. The only thing that I did take off stars for was the wooden board that was placed at the top shelf by the building to block off the wiring/funnels etc bc this top shelf across was connected to the microwave hood which sits atop the stove. It definitely wasn't moved or broken before and I really should have throughly checked all cabinets but didn't discover it until my exit /checkout with one of the apartment managers there. Imagine my shock because this was not reported to me at all. When I reached out to the owner, Erick, he said that they assumed I knew about it and that's why they didn't say anything to me. And said that if they didn't anything they would have told me and him. This was NOT communicated to me after the cleaning and when I reached out to him over it, a picture of a stained drawer (I knew of this because the previous tenant had done this and used drawer liners to cover it), was sent to me saying that that was they discovered. But I knew of this lol. And this was NOT the picture of the broken/moved wooden slat. Generally would have appreciate an upfront apology and then maybe a %of my payment back as a generous gesture (I know, they p won't). But the honesty would have been the best. It put me in a bad spot bc the ladies were so lovely and I never want to give a small business a bad review. But the way this was handled after was ...not ideal to say the least. Overall: 7/10 recommend. If you choose them to clean your place, make sure to take photos BEFORE AND AFTER. Better yet, stay at your place while they clean.
