It was very thick, and by the time we started eating it, it had already turned cold and hard. If you go, I'd recommend skipping the queso. I almost left when they brought it out. Glad we stayed. They need to rethink this recipe. Overall: great service, delicious fajita meat, beautiful river view, just be prepared for the birds and maybe pass on the queso.
