Great breakfast and tacos. Good cheese enchiladas but needs chili. Good service as well!

Came here with a craving for tacos. I don't Juana Taco bout it too much but all I'm saying is authentic Mexican food. I love it. But then again, in Beeville there are plenty of these places around. But BEEing that this place had some great street tacos and breakfast burritos this was my favorite Mexican joint here. For one, they give you a lot and they also give you guac! When we came in here tho, we felt like we didn't belong like we were in another country type ishhh. Lol. No offense. The booths and decorations are so colorful. The server we had tho was great. Our server made us feel comfortable and took care of us very well. Only reason why I'm giving it a 5 star is because it is a small town and there's not much to do. But eat, bowl, watch a movie, and eat some more. read more

Dropped in late after a show as this one one of a few places open after 8 pm. Seated quickly and greeted by friendly hostess. Great service and tasty and hot food was delivered quickly. Prices made all a great value. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. The food is extremely expensive for bland food. Also the lemonade is so watered down, can't taste lemon nor the sugar in it. If you order a margarita expect to pay $20 for just one. I've never had so called Mexican food so bland even with salt. Yeah it's that bad, save yourself and go somewhere else. read more

Yesterday, I drove into Beeville on business a bit after 6am from San Antonio. I decided to have breakfast and Taqueria Jalisco looked inviting from the outside. I parked and sat down at a table. Such beautiful art on the table and booths! I ordered the Huevos Rancheros breakfast plate. My food was perfectly prepared. Potatoes can be dry and bland but the potatoes on my plate were seasoned and had good flavor. The refried beans were creamy and delicious. I asked for my eggs over easy and loved those as well. Strips of bacon were crispy. Staff was attentive and kept my glass filled. Stop off at this wonderful place the next time you are able. It's really good and the atmosphere makes for an even better experience! Who comes here? The locals and at least one out of towner. read more

Man the furniture is the very first thing I noticed ( way cool ) first time here and the service is pretty quick

As most of you all know from reading my previous reviews. Customer Service is BIG for me. Dispite the fact that food here is extremely good. But when there is very bad service, I can't mask how I feel about that. Today when I went to have lunch with my family. The waitress just automatically started speaking Spanish to us. I don't care where you are from, but when I politely said to her, "I'm sorry ma'am, I don't understand Spanish fluently, and proceed to say, I would like a water with lemon to start off with" she made a face at me and walked away. So, when she came back to get my order. She didn't ask me if I was ready to order. She just came with her notepad and just looked at me. I assumed she wanted my order. So, I told her on English what I wanted. Minutes later, she came back with my food and said very rudely "excuse me!" Meaning, she wanted me to move my water so she can put my food on the table. She saw I was out of water. Yet she was asking everyone around me in English if they wanted a drink refill, but not once did she ask me. She just made a ugle facial expression. I had to get another waitress named Mary to get me water. Mary on the other hand was very opposite from our actual waitress. Thank you Mary for taking over because that other waitress should be fired. Seriously! I'm sorry to the owners to this restaurant that I had to write such a bad review because I know not all your employees are all like this, and you really do have good food. But my experience today was way beyond uncalled for. My advice to anyone wanting to eat here, please make sure you know Spanish because you will have a very bad experience if you don't. read more

They charge you what they want. I get the same taco every single time and it is a different price every time I go here. I also stopped by once to get some tortilla soup to go because I wasn't feeling well but they told me it was going to be $9.45 so I kindly canceled my order and left. read more

Upon entering this establishment, we were in awe at the beautiful decor--the chairs, booths, and tables were embellished with beautiful carvings of hand painted artwork. 8/10 for the atmosphere, only because it was quite possibly 120°. Once we seated ourselves the waiter immediately took our drink orders. At the beginning she was very attentive and definitely cared about our dining experience. Our food arrived in about 10-15 minutes and we were taken straight to Flavortown. We both got the chicken flautas and were blown away. 12/10 for the dining experience. However, once we got the food our waiter seemed to disappear. While she was definitely busy with other tables, it would've been nice for her to check with us at least once. Because of this the service was about a 6/10. Overall, it was a great time, just wish the waiter had come back after we got the food. read more

Had mixed plate of beef fajitas, shrimp , and chicken . Cook overdid the seasoning mostly salt, the beef fajitas was cut so small you couldn't taste it , rice was okay and the beans were salty too. Better choices in Beeville I won't make this mistake again. read more

I have been a long term customer of Jalisco for quite a few years now. Except for the occasional to go order not correct, it has always been my go to restaurant for Mexican food. This evening was a game changer after receiving the worst possible treatment as a dedicated customer. Stopping in to grab a meal with my family before heading to the movies, we gave our drink order then took a couple minutes to order our food. Once receiving our food, my daughter found a large black hair poking out of her food. I took the plate up to the waitress, she replied do you want something else? Of course I replied, another plate without a hair would be nice. Getting back to the table I found that they had also given my mother in law the wrong order. I brought that back to them, now it seemed to be that I was creating the issue not them. Needless to say, after the first plate with a hair in it kind of ruined the pleasant evening out. After the orders were taken care of we spent the rest of the time with the waitress never coming back to the table to ask if we needed anything. They didn't seem to care at all about what had happened. Finished with our meal, I stepped up to the counter to pay. Still no apologies, and no word said. I asked if they planned to do something in regard to the service we had experienced. They told me they would give me a $3 discount. I let them know how good a customer I have been, that meant nothing to them. At that point being very upset, I told them they would be losing a very good customer. They didn't care, and walked away from me saying good and goodbye. I will never step food in that pathetically run place of so called business again. I have recommended that restaurant to many friends and family, to whom I will let know to find another restaurant to spend their money at. Not realizing at the time I was paying, they also charged me full menu price on 2 specials that were advertised on their specials menu at the door. My hard earned money will never see the cash register at Jalisco ever again. Don't waste your time and money with these people. read more
