The best decision was chosen Smith-Bopp Fence for the installation. They did an excellent job! Time will ultimately tell all--both quality of installation and quality of product, but so far so good. Oh yeah, they removed some bushes for me as well (where the fence needed to be installed)--one of a few companies willing to do this. They are more than reasonable priced, honest, and their handy-work is above par. Their supplier accepts major credits, but Smith-Bopp themselves accept cash or check--relating to the labor.

We didn't know what type of floors they were or if they were even solid wood and could be refinished. Greg was able to determine the type of wood (American Cherry) so he could then come up with a plan to go about refinishing them. Greg kept us informed about what he would be doing and what step he was on in the process. The whole process took 6 days because we got an extra coat and the weather was not helpful with letting the coats dry quicker. Our floors were pretty beat up, looked like the previous owner had a kids with cleats. The previous owners also did not put pads on their chairs or stools which didn't help.
